I first had a phone call with Nick to get an overall understanding of what I was looking for. Then, I went to their offices in Downtown San Jose and met with members of their team. Each person came prepared with a few opportunities that matched my interests. In the weeks after, Mark and Kayla introduced me to various companies, and after each call or interview they would contact me by phone to ask me how I felt. If I did not feel like the opportunity fit me, they did not pressure me to continue down the interview process. They were also helpful in giving me tips on how much salary I could be looking forwards to, what my experience is worth, and if my experience was enough to apply for various senior positions. In the end, I went through the entire process with one of the companies that I liked and had a good fit with and received an offer from them. Although in the end I did not go with the offer that Jobspring helped me get, I appreciate the opportunity and would recommend my friends to use them if they want to look for other jobs.
