At first I thought it was some kind of scam as the name of the recruiting agency in the job ad was not Randstad. But that wasn't the case. I got in contact with Desiree. She did some looking around to see if she can find something for me that matched what I had on my resume. We then did a small interview over a video call & after she got to know me better she went above and beyond to try to find me a job. She actually found me a temporary assignment until she could find something long term. This gal was constantly updating me with whatever was going on via phone calls, emails, texts. She also helped me get set up in their system as everything is done online with them. She's very easy to work with & was able to get me a temp job, get me paid for my hours worked & I never had to go through the trouble of having to go to the office in person, though I wouldn't have minded meeting her officially. I eventually ended up finding a job on my own, but kudos to her and the team for trying to land me somewhere. The leads and interviews they were setting me up with were pretty good paying positions. If I'm on the job market again, I'm giving them a call.

The lady asked me the exact questions the guy did on zoom and it was 5 minutes not worth the drive of distance in heavy traffic literally the exact questions then she nagged to him I answered too corporate - literally pointless to walk into this nightmare they are BEYOND unprofessional The guy called me back to review my interview - letting me know I was " too eager to work " and came across as too experienced. They asked me to lie on my resume to the client. FYI I was not nervous at all. I did not appreciate how they conducted the mock interview when I been in this industry 12 years and proceeded to try to give constructive criticism when they are a mess of a sht show. When walking into the office and doing my interview the woman was not professional she had a mask, bed head hair , and could barely speak English properly. They held my 5 minute interview with same zoom interview questions in front of the entire employees and office no privacy at all. They lack so much professionalism. Worst agency I've ever been to truly. from the second I took the zoom call michel was nervous and would not make eye contact- i felt very awkward . These people hate their jobs the lady in San Jose I met then made statements that weren't true that I was too nervous and that was false. I been in this industry 10 years never met someone more unprofessional. He even tried to get me to go in office the same 5 minutes after the zoom call. The recruiter didn't tell me anything about the company or staffing agency that I had to ask. Neither of them did. She acted like she truly hated her job. Overall do not work with them they are horrific and BEYOND unprofessional . Michel and Jennifer/ Mary are beyond unskilled in their fields, they should not be employed here. Do not come here a huge waste of time typical narcissist recruiters who do not care to succeed for the company.

My experience with LMG started on a positive note, with the exception that my recruiter pushed me…read moreto accept a lower salary than I felt I deserved. I was set to work a contract position for 6 months at a non-profit and was specifically told the number of hours constituting this work period that I was to work. Three months into my contract, my supervisor at the non-profit "reminded" me my contract was going to end in one month since the woman whose position I was filling while she was on maternity leave was supposed to return. However, this was news to me because my LMG recruiter, Fernando, informed me I was supposed to have a 6 month contract and not a 3 month contract. I was at first disappointed with the non-profit I worked at and not LMG because I assumed the non-profit was responsible for the miscommunication. But when I informed my supervisor that I was supposed to work for 6 months, she showed me the email correspondence with Fernando from LMG that mentioned the specific dates I was supposed to work. Her email specifically showed the dates for the 3 months I was supposed to work and not 6 months like Fernando told me. In the email thread she showed me, Fernando even responded to her and confirmed the 3 month-long contract. Therefore, Fernando showed a lack of professionalism and high level of incompetence by not communicating this important information to me. When I told Fernando that my contract would be ending early, he had the audacity to blame me for taking a vacation and said that must have been the reason they were terminating me early. This made absolutely no sense since I informed my supervisor of my vacation months in advance. He refused to take any kind of responsibility for the miscommunication that he was clearly responsible for. When I asked my supervisor whether my vacation had anything to do with my contract ending early, she assured me it didn't and said the employee returning from maternity leave was the only reason I couldn't work longer. This was one of my first professional experiences as a new graduate and I regret ever working through LMG, and it was extremely frustrating and negative.
