I'm not sure if the representative I'm working with (Cecelia) works at this location, she has a 669-area code phone number. I was supposedly cleared on my background check and drug screen back around October 25th. I didn't hear from her for several days so I contacted her around November 4th. She said that all my paperwork was good to go, and they were just waiting for Johnson and Johnson to give her new job openings. So I waited another week with no response from her and she said she's still waiting for openings. At this point it seems this job is not going to happen so I stopped contacting her. During this whole process I applied for many other jobs with no call backs. Just for the heck of it, I contacted her again in early December and got no response. I think it's highly unprofessional for a Temp agency to do this. I'm going to file a report with BBB at this point. read more

Nicole is a fantastic recruiter. she's helped me with dozens of opportunities with temp jobs until I get an feel of what I enjoy doing, and with my military background she has been able to find jobs that have prior and or similar experiences. She has a wonderful positive attitude and always willing to help out to the best of her abilities. im located in the South Bay of the Bay Area and she's been looking for jobs in my area or close to it. My experience with Kelly Services has been beyond AMAZING! I applied for a position and Nicole Lequesne was the recruiter that contacted me. She is like no other recruiter. I've definitely had my share of bad apples. Nicole took the time to prepare me for my interviews. Motivated me when I didn't believe in myself. She kept me in the loop through out the whole process. Email, calls and texts. She definitely did her due diligence. I was able to reach her at all times and believe me I had a lot of questions for her all the time. She's patient, sincere and kind. Most recruiters are just cold individuals and don't care where they place you. With Nicole she wants to you excel in life and your job. As one of her employees I'm beyond grateful for her. Well... one star seems about right. Why? I went in for my placement interview. They are all in a meeting. Even the receptionist. So why did I get schedules for an interview during the scheduled meeting? I understand, it's great if applicant has excellent resume and can help you get that bonus or commission for job placement... but you didn't need to waste an unemployed person's time that could be spent looking for other work. I was thankful I had a receptionist job the following week. Problem? Yes. I had some really weird schedule. 2-3 days a week every other/couple weeks. So, that gave me plenty of time to look for actually work, right? You betcha! Even the company I was sent to temp at was helping me to look for a job. So when I gave them my notice during my no work week, and in advance. What happens? They call me to go in to work because of my contract. Ummmm. No. I was a filler, I didn't have be there with all the weird 28 days of work through out the year. Don't get me started on my paycheck. I had to call 2 times as well as as email. Needless to say. It took 3 months for a replacement check that never showed up. I suggest payroll hire some of the folks who are currently looking for work. i am writing this on behalf of someone....i truly hope no one decides to receive any kind of employment through this temp agency they lie, do not care about their employees and worst of all will fire you because they failed on their end to submit things correctly! they fired my bf back in 2021 because his original temp agency backed out of their contract and kelly services took over. they stated he did not have the correct paperwork and he needs to resubmit it. instead of giving him time to do so they fired him! when he got rehired 2 months later, they deducted his $25 per hour he was originally hired at to $20 per hour! i think that is bs due to the fact on indeed and other hiring websites you clearly stated a starting pay of $21 or more for the same exact job! we fought to have it back to the original amount but nothing ever got resolved after that. he still continued to work because we needed the money. that should have been the first sign of things to come! jumping to the end of july 2022, he got extremely sick and was in the hospital. when he attempted to return to work with a doctors note, they told us the whole company got laid off. they did not attempt to help any of the temp workers look for other jobs or offer any solutions to continue work somewhere else. kelly services also continued to deduct money out of his account for medical insurance that he could not afford. we called multiple times as well as submit claims via their website but no one reached out to us! on top of that he was not paid after being laid off until a month later! now here is where it gets worse....when he applied for edd, kelly services wrongfully told the state of ca he quit! that is a damn lie! now no one wants to help resolve the issue and we cannot get ahold of any one, surprise surprise!!!!! read more

They suck. First day I went in, they offered me a crappy job (even worst paid) like 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, it was like working in China (most people there were illegals), I was just desperate so I said what the heck, I need the money. I just worked hard and responsibly one full Friday and said bye to the supervisor. It was HORRIBLE. Back home at 8 PM - it was too late (and Friday) to let hem know in person that I quit - I left a message in the recruiter's phone, plus sent a couple of emails to her (I don't even remember her name) explaining that I wasn't going back to that "cotton field". On Monday I went to their offices and they told me I was "no longer working" with Kelly - for a year - for "no show no call". I didn't argue, I just said OK and bye - I wasn't wasting my time with pinheads that give you tons of cards with phone numbers and emails they never check. You're all warned. read more

WHere to begin. I think this is one of the worst agency ever. All they did was submit my resume and I got a job for them. After that, their whole processes in that temp agency sucks. They are so lazy, they couldn't even do my paper works right. The recruiter that I was talking to didn't even care to shake my hand or talk to me in person. There management sucks. I couldn't even get in MyDetails for weeks. Didn't even get paid my first paycheck for weeks. I worked for them a couple times and it is a hit or miss thing. Sometimes they have work and sometimes they don't. I was most recently upset with two issues: a payroll issue and my workers comp problem. I injured my hand at a job they placed me in and they sent me to a doctor for treatment but as soon as I went permanent with the company and no longer working for Kelly services they cut all my claims. My hand still hurts everyday and there isn't a damn thing they are going to do about it. They should continue to pay for my treatment! On a good note, they did find me work, but not for the hourly rate I wanted. If your looking for work immediately, try Kelly services... you might get lucky. read more

However, to share my experience, I have to give my personal experience; maybe a little too far naming names (Sorry Linda). As you can see from the others' review,it isn't worth your time to sign up. Very dishonest, but I've been working since September...in a job which to be full-time, until it wasn't. I interviewed, got the job and accepted,then, I was told that it would be part-time with the possibility of going full-time in January. It's May, and it's time to go; still working part-time. I must also say that I never heard from Kelly Services once I was placed on the job site. First Red Flag: Recruiter tells me that she wasn't going to share my resume with the Law Registry side of Kelly, which is who I wanted to talk with initially. She refused to do so. Said that she had "3 or 4 jobs that would fit my skills" I didn't believe her but she sent me on an interview, in a field that I have no interest, but I could do the job b/c it's so mind numbing and boring and I could get a quick check. I planned to just wait for this position to end on its own to build a confidence with Kelly so that they would place me somewhere with full-time hours. It never happened; she continues to extend my contract with the client w/out asking me for my feedback. The client also kept telling me that it would be full-time, but couldn't promise anything. Ok fine: I tell the client that I will be looking for other work but I would not leave w/out Kelly sending a replacement. I honestly thought that Kelly was on the side of helping the employee, as well as the client; but that's not the case at all at this office. Again, it's now May; and nothing was being done on the client's end. I finally contacted the Recruiter (since Kelly is my employer; yeah right) to explain the above and my financial situation of working part-time, and to ask her (once again) to send my resume to the legal registry (LR). She then tells me that the LR moved, and doesn't know how to contact them (REALLY??? Cant you just look at Kelly's intranet or your global address book?). Straight away her interpretation of what I was saying was that I didn't like the job. To show some professionalism, I again explained the consequences of my working part-time. She tells me that Kelly doesn't place people when they're already being utilized. It was only when I asked to speak to her manager to explain to her what this woman Linda was up to, she put her arse in gear, but just minimally. She kept calling me on the job site (unprofessional) while I was working, so I responded by emailing her and copying the branch manager. Kelly "threatened" to speak with my manager at the site to "confirm" what I was telling them. I told Kelly Svcs. to go ahead and call. After confirming what I had just told her 20 mins. earlier, Recruiter began to tell me what my manager had already stated to me...like it was new information. By this time, I'm so irritated with Recruiter, I asked, "I just told you this; why are you wasting my time telling me this again?" She says that my manager said something would happen in 2 weeks, and asked if I could wait;( I confirmed with him that he never told her this) it's been close to a month. Recruiter did finally send my info to the LR, (which is now in LA.) but it's like milking a cow to get Recruiter to do anything. Second Red Flag on this office: While filing out the background information for the addresses for the last 7 or 10 years, I didn't have the full address for one that went way, way back; I just had the city. This Recruiter pulls up the city on Google Earth on her computer, and asks me to "point to where" I lived on the map. Then as she zooms in, asked "which house was it?" ...Are you kidding me???? I'm so over this ridiculousness! Even the client has stated that the Recruiter "isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer". For the last 8 month I work like crazy, 48 to 56 hours a week, after the work is done and slow, the superviser who want take vacation off, than go ahead, I put the from in 08/01/ for request 2 days off and 1 day for the following week, nobody check and sign un till 08/08 I check back, than the manager only sign for 1 day. the recruiter DANDREA is forced me to give back the baged if not coming back on next day, I have to go home and reset my vacation and come back to work next day. she seem like not happy went I come back on time, the next day I come and ask for the from I request for vacation(COPY) try to ask my brother is I do some thing wrong, by that time she was mad than she told me my contract is end, for no reason. Dandrea, she very stud-up and DISCRIMINATION to the ASIAN, one of my coworker come to her because the permanent employee scream at him, she do nothing, and told my friend don't say anything because that guy is peemanent and the customer of the company.
