I worked with Renee Sawyer, she was extremely helpful with helping me find a full time office job that was suitable for my available hours --w/being a single mom during a pandemic I was struggling finding the right time frame & afraid of being let go again after months of unemployment, thankfully she was able to help me-- the process with this company was quick & efficient, she is extremely professional, courteous & willing to coach you to make sure she finds the right position that you will be able to fit/fulfill & have a long term employment with. They've obtained my information and have been spamming me with the same email from all their employees every single day. I have called them multiple times saying I'm not interested. Asking for them to remove me from their email listing (via email and phone)but they will not stop. Extremely unprofessional. I would never trust a staffing firm that is that unorganized to send the same spammed message to the same person multiple times from every single employee. Wouldn't trust them with an important career move at all. read more

Balance Staffing, specifically Mandi and Ignacio, helped place me with an excellent company. They assisted me with finding the company, interview tips and prep, negotiation guidance with salary and benefits, then assisted with all the paperwork once the company and I had a signed employment contract. Mandi and Ignacio made the entire process pleasant and they were helpful every step of the way. I'm very happy with Balance Staffing and would strongly recommend them. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Balance Staffing in general and Ignacio Barba & Mary Sin, in particular. They were not only friendly and approachable but also maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process ensuring I was notified of all the necessary information that I needed at every stage of the hiring process. I was particularly drawn towards their ability to anticipate my questions and present the relevant information even before I asked about it. They were quick to respond to any queries I made and were efficient in the way they followed up my doubts and concerns with the prospective employer. They detailed me about the people, work culture and the expectations at the company I was interviewing which helped me gain significant confidence and subsequently secure the job in just a matter of couple weeks. I highly recommend them. read more

Absolute waste of time. They give you the run around to place you in a job and hardly attentive to your needs, no matter how professional you are. Go to Manpower and call it a day. I'll give them 1 star for being well dressed. read more

Ignacio Barba and Brianna Bryan were just completely professional in their assistance with getting me an interview with their client. I believe that it was Ignacio's interviewing of me, as a candidate, and taking the time to listen to me and thoroughly vet me regarding my background, that got me the interview with the client. He actually took the time to understand my background and the industries that I work in. Well the interview was a success and I received an offer shortly afterwards, for exactly what I requested through Ignacio and Brianna. They came through for me big time! I have had recruiters in the past, that knew absolutely nothing about the industries that I work in, and tried to represent me, with zero results. Thank you, Ignacio and Brianna, for getting me the interview and for successfully negotiating the employment offer, which has been signed, sealed and delivered. I highly recommend Ignacio Barba and Brianna Bryan, with Balance Staffing, to represent you in your search for employment. read more

I cannot believe all the positive reviews. I used to work for a company that gave out gift cards to get positive reviews - All I did was post a resume in Indeed and Monster and suddenly my phone was litterally ringing off the hook with unsolicited phone calls from Balance Staffing. They seem to have an army of recruiters that are not connected or organized in any way. I had to block several numbers and was even getting calls and texts in the early wee hours of the AM when I was sleeping. I also read about many who tried to work with this company and got led down a rabbit hole. Search the reviews carefully. Some companies are chumming the water with positive reviews. read more

I was actually not looking for a new opportunity. I have used Balance Staffing in the past for bringing in temp work for warehouse and tech work for Electronic Manufacturing Services and they have always been helpful and made sure all of my needs were met. To my surprise they also place people for direct hire positions as well. I actually did not know that. An opportunity came up that was very exciting for me to at least have a conversation with the employer. A few short meetings later I was extended a written offer through Balance Staffing. Not only where they with me every step of the way but they even extended their help to fine tune my already worked up resume. I believe all their hard work paid off in the long run for me. I had never done this sort of thing before and they helped me and answered all my questions and concerns as I brought them up. They are courteous up front honest working team and I would and have recommended them for both placement and using them for bringing in the necessary team members for your business. They are definitely a well balanced staffing agency that can support your needs.... read more

Great place. People I know have been telling me bad things about this place but it's not bad at all. I been working with Christine Chang for a few months now and she is great. When I call and if she doesn't answer she calls me back right away or at least by the end of the day. If I e mail her she e mails me back right away. She is always working so hard for me. I have referred her to a few of my friends to Christine and she has help them as well and they are happy. I hope she stays with Balance Staffing because she can help out a lot of other people who are in need of a job. Thank you Christine and thank you Balance Staffing. read more

I was referred to Balance Staffing through an acquaintance I met while Ubering. Having never used a staffing agency before, I was a little unsure of what to expect. I simply did a walk-in interview (during walk-in hours) and the staff there happily accommodated me within 10 minutes. I was paired up with a recruiter named Samir. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt that I was in good hands with him. A week later, I took a simple mechanical aptitude test conducted by Leslie and another interview with Scott. This time I waited about an hour but I believe it was because they were understaffed that day. After passing the interview, I filled out paperwork and awaited the final interview onsite at the company. Before the final interview, Balance emailed and called me saying what to expect and what to prepare for. A few days later, I had the final interview and felt that I did well because of my preparation. And I'd like to say that this morning (2 days after the final interview), I received a call from Balance saying that I start working for Tesla in 2 days! I'm very happy and thankful. Balance kept in great contact with me and was sure to accommodate my experience and schedule. I would highly recommend Balance and their staff, especially Samir and Leslie. read more

I had a great experience working with Balance Staffing. My recruiter was Krista and she was always great at communicating me with me about everything from my interview, to my job offer, first day of work and still kept in contact with me throughout my employment there. Whenever I had a question, she was very quick to respond. She even went out of her way to stay at the office late so I could pick up my paycheck. After a couple months I got a permanent position at my company. Highly recommend balance staffing. read more

I'm very satisfied with the service I received at Balance Staffing today. A friend referred me to Balance, so I went in for a walk in interview. The lady at the front desk welcomed me with a warm greeting and was kind enough to help me out with my application that I was struggling on. Krista was the one that interviewed me and she was very professional, patient, and informative. She gave me tips on how I could improve my resume and helped me fix it on the spot. She also presented several job options right in line with what I was looking for. I didn't expect things to move this quickly but I already got an interview set up for next week!
