Mostly just some ergonomic changes to my work area at the client site. Told my on-site manager who promptly ignored my request for the next month or so, during which time things got even worse and I made a much more direct request for accommodations. The client then very swiftly fired me for making that request and West Valley has gone so far as to lie under oath in an effort to protect their client. They lied about the position I was hired for, they lied about my informing them of my need for accommodations in the workplace, and probably more. The fact that they're so willing to fall on their sword for their client tells me that this is not an isolated incident. They likely are known in the business world for helping shady companies get away with labor regulation violations and if they turn on one client then all the rest will flee and they'll be out of business.

They don't offer dental or vision, and it wasn't until after I contacted hr to let them know I hadn't spoken to my recruiter at all that they started to become responsive. They did switch me to Cathleen who has been much better, but today I've tried to log into my page to register for what little benefits they do offer and had problems. I reached out to them for assistance and am still waiting. I've worked with many agencies and have had great relationships with all of them. I'm only giving these guys 2 stars because they actually did get me a position, but their communication stinks and what they have to offer as an agency isn't great. I'd recommend going with another agency if possible.
