The installer, Josh, was respectful of my property, courteous and highly motivated to do an outstanding job from cabinet installation to precision tile work. My cabinets are 2 years old and these are my issues and they do not care…read more 1. The paint on my cabinets is chipping. They say it's from wiping them off with water. What?! They are in a kitchen. They should be able to handle being wiped off. 2. The bottoms of the cabinets are garbage. When you take items out, you can tell the shape of the items that were sitting in them. 3. The depth is less than my old/previous cabinets (was not made aware of this when ordering) so I'm unable to for some platters, etc in these new cabinets. 4. Service department isn't helpful or responsive.
