I had shopped half of the store when I needed to use the restroom. I asked to use theirs but was told no. I asked again as it was an emergency, and was told I had to go up the street. I spent 1000s of dollars in your store and was told again to go up the street. (I'm almost 80 years old). My friend who also shops there frequently had a similar experience with rude staff and has decided to not shop there anymore. Emma was the staff member I consulted with. I'm disappointed and sad to report I won't be back.

My wife went through and organized it all and called Sarah to see if she would go through it and we made an appt w/her. We were concerned she should just "skim" through it as I said there was a lot. This was NOT the case! Sarah recognized this jewelry meant a lot to us and we kept what we wanted but we don't have daughters or girls in our direct family line to pass on jewelry to. Sarah took the time to go through each piece and tell us what was good and what was costume. She then went through and offered us a very fair price on what she thought she could sell, there was a beautiful pearl necklace and earrings set and she told us that they just don't sell well but we should keep it as it is real gold and pearls. We went back a few days later and sold more stuff to her. I honestly don't know if I could have gotten better prices somewhere else, but it wasn't about the money for us. It was the fact that she CARED about our story and took the time to go through it piece by piece and explain to us what we had and that she was going to resell it to someone who would proudly wear it and love it as my Mom did.
