I may or may not have dozed off while getting my eyelashes done lol. I was offered water, given paperwork to review which inquires on allergies, issues from similar service in the past, ailments, informs you of what to expect, etc. Kellie was friendly and I found her easy to talk to during the service. She also let me know I could just relax and didn't have to talk if I didn't want to. There's also r&b music in the background which I found soothing. Getting here was easy with Google maps, but finding the actual building took just a bit more time. It's a white building on the corner that I think may have been a home converted to a work space. This makes it all the more cozy! She gives you an eyelash comb for the road (thank goodness!) & explains aftercare as well! I would recommend this business for anyone looking!

Appointments should be made weeks in advance (via phone or online) as they are very busy and all the hairstylists seem to be in high demand. She asked what style I wanted and I showed her a picture and she confidently said she could do it. 3hrs later and a very uncomfortable experience with what felt like my lashes were being plucked out, i got a completely different look than what I showed her. Apparently I was charged for a "custom set" but it looks like a classic mega lash. My eyes have been red, swollen, and itchy since. I fear that my natural lashes are damaged due to the roughness of the application process . Despite me explaining this to her after my appointment, she just said she can do a free fix and she doesn't do refunds because "you should have read my policy". I just personally would not recommend going here for lashes, especially for the price.
