I rarely write reviews but we had such a horrific experience with this company that I want to warn you - especially if you are having older kitchen cabinets wrapped. At the initial in-home consultation, the technician/salesperson was prompt, very respectful, informed, and did not pressure us in any way. We have a small, galley 1950s kitchen that had solid wood boxes that had been painted a thousand times and wrapping seemed to be the best choice for the money and for the upgrade. During the initial visit, the salesman did not have a sample, only a book with the various wrapping materials. They were making new doors for us so we wanted to see what a finished, wrapped door would look and feel like. He came back a few days later with a sample. Given the pandemic and lack of labor and materials we had to wait 6 weeks for the installation. Understandable. On the day they were set to install the technician walked in and immediately told me that he had some bad news: 7 of the drawer faces and 6 of the cabinet doors were measured incorrectly and did not fit. It would take another 6 weeks to make the doors and drawer faces. The rep apologized and gave us a 20 % discount and for another 6 weeks we had an incomplete kitchen with non - functioning drawers and cabinets with no doors. After 6 weeks the crew shows up again and during the installation he tells me one of the draw faces is short, he will order a new one and it will take 3 weeks. When he said they were finished I inspected and found that 70% of the drawers are uneven, they did not wrap the toekick under the sink, and a few other small aspects of the job. I write an email to the rep and I receive a reply from the general manager apologizing and offering us a 30% discount. When I wrote him back to inquire about the drawers being uneven and having to show the crew what they had not finished when they said the job was done he never replied. Nothing. So...be ware....the whole process was a drain and we will never work with this company again. read more
