Place has quickly ascended to my favorite lace for a jerk wrap. In a city that has plenty of wrap choices mainly on the south side this is a welcome addition to the west side. After a weekly trip to Costco which is about a 10 min trip away I decided to stop. Only thing I'd change is there aren't any presets as far as the toppings for wraps & there's also things available which aren't listed on the menu such as Rasta pasta. Seems to be one of the places where'd you'd have to stalk their social media to take full advantage. Nonetheless the wrap was flavorful, somewhat cost effective & filling. This is the last time I will go the The Wrap & Roll Cafe. I placed an order for a jerk chicken wrap with lunch combo online. When I arrived to the cafe, I waited in line for almost 10 minutes while orders were being taken. When I came up to the counter there were two staff members behind the counter. One asked me how she could help me and I told her that I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She grabbed my box and handed it to me. I then asked about the combo because it should come with chips and a drink. The other girl behind the counter who was at the register was like, "I already put it in there." -- to which I replied, "Well, what was put in there because I wasn't able to specify online?" The girl who handed me my box told the other girl, you can't just put any drink and chips in there, and she responded by saying, "I don't care." I opened up the box and removed the drink and chips while the nice young lady got me the chips and drinks I wanted. She again said to the other girl, this is why you can't just choose any chips and drink to put in there and the other girl responded, "Again, I don't care!". Well, I don't care to ever visit the Wrap & Roll Cafe again. The jerk wrap wasn't that great either. Ok. I called to ask questions before I ordered from UberEats to have confirmation of what things consist of. So I ordered a Jerk Chicken Salad. When I called I asked what were the Ingredients,she stated what's on it. I received the salad and it was made with iceberg lettuce and the ingredients she mentioned were missing and for the price it should've been more. Not to mention they put expired croutons in the bag and the hot Philly wrap in the same bag as the salad which made the iceberg lettuce wilt. I decided to try Wrap & Roll Cafe based on previous reviews. I love jerk and I'm very picky about my Jerk because not all jerk restaurants are the same. I ordered the salmon wrap and asked for it to be jerked. It was horrible. I got a mouth full of soggy shredded salmon doused with vinegar and jerk spices which were not good. It was the worst thing I've ever ordered and I tossed it in the garbage. I want to try to regular salmon wrap, but I'll be damn if I lose another $15 paying for sub par food. The service was so polite and patient as it was me and wife's first time visiting. I would compare this place to Ain't She Sweet, they're very similar, but I like Wrap & Roll's jerk chicken a lot more. Definitely try this place if you're in the area, the inside has a nice feel to it. read more

I guess I ordered the wrong thing. This being my first time, I decided to try a salad - I figured you could not screw that up - BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I ordered a chicken caesar salad. The flavor of the chicken was good and I got a lot of chicken. The problem was the iceberg lettuce HUNKS. I feel like they took a head of lettuce and gave me the core hunks of the lettuce. I've been here a total of 4 times now. Disappointed 2/4 times. Collectively I tried the chicken Caesar wrap which was good. Tasted like a basic chicken Caesar salad in a wrap. I tried the jerk chicken Alfredo, which was very dried out like it wasn't fresh and was reheated. I also tried the Philly roll which was the worst, very greasy and the meat resembled ground beef with no bell peepers and little cheese. Lastly tried the jerk chicken bowl, the iceberg lettuce I can go without. It was okay for the most part but the I can tell they cook the jerk chicken for a very long so it starts to have a mushy taste and they do not layer the ingredients but put them in the bowl separately in a line so you have to mix everything. Overall the business needs to revamp the cooks. There are young teens in the back cooking and they are really nice but not super professional. The wraps are the best so far and I'm still going to give them another chance and keep trying options hoping they will get better. read more
