Furniture is beautifully upscale, with a diverse decor appeal, and in tip-top condition. You will find some extraordinary examples of high artistic and comfort living, with reasonable or better price-tags, along with exquisite wall art. Functional pieces also well-stocked. The jewelry, alone, is reason to stop in. Domestic household items can also be found. I have purchased several big ticket items for my home, as well as den, kitchen, and utility items. We had been traveling for 13 years so had no furniture, to speak of. We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Florida Home and Patio and I'm sure these will not be the last items we get there. We can't thank Laurie and Joe enough for the excellent job they did!!

Throughout the whole experience, I was concerned because there would be strangers in my home. Barry came to the house to appraise the items and he made us feel comfortable and gave us what seemed like a fair price. We scheduled a pick-up, but I was again concerned that there would be strangers in my home picking up the furniture. Joe and Will showed up and immediately put us at ease. I think Joe might be one of the nicest people I've ever met. They were great! We used Iverson's again and Joe and Jeff showed up the second time. Again, it was a great experience! Joe, Will, and Jeff were respectful of us and our home. They didn't ask for a thing; we had to offer them water and such. They were the utmost professional gentlemen and they were even fun and easy to talk to. It is important to add, given the nature of their jobs, that they knew what they were doing. For example, the first time, they were taking a very large wall unit and Joe and Will knew exactly how it came apart for the easiest removal and transport. Yet, in taking it apart, they did nothing to harm our home. I cannot adequately express how appreciative we were of these guys making us feel comfortable while they were in our home and knowing how to get the job done! The only challenge in the whole process was that there was a discrepancy in the amount I was owed, but Barry rectified it when I told him, which I appreciated. Iverson's also paid me for a consignment item, which I was thrilled with. I would absolutely use Iverson's again to sell items!

Service was very good. The selection was even better. However, this is not a mall to find vintage furniture & light fixtures, although that could change at any time-- depends upon the vendors who are renting space. The mall was clean & very well organized. I would have loved to see more mid-century finds, but I also know items from the 50's thru the 70's sell almost the moment they are tagged for sale. We'll definitely return. This mall was highly recommended by two respected owners of a Sarasota antique store we frequent. It's worth stopping in again & again!

The auctioneer has anger issues. I was right to lose confidence, 100% dodged a nightmare…read more I lost confidence because he refused to answer my questions about how the auction process works on multiple occasions. I simply wanted to know if I needed to pack my car with all the items for the first meeting. He refused to answer me. When I lost confidence because of this, he called me yelling at me making the assumption that I lost confidence because it took him too long to text me. How ridiculous is that accusation? I had just spent a month working hard to get ready for this auction. This auction house has very poor communication which resulted in my loss of confidence. Because I made the decision not to move forward with the auction, Scott called me and yelled at me with bogus accusations and rudely talked over me. When I was trying to explain he cut me off and continued yelling his ridiculous accusation. He could have easily turned the whole situation around if only he had his wits about him. All he had to say was, what do you need to know before the meeting. I am on the phone now and can answer questions. Instead, he came up with a fantastical accusation in a fit of anger and hurled it at me without thought or reason. Do I need to bring the valuables to the first meeting, very straight forward. It was too much trouble to communicate. Too much to say, yes bring the items and we can inventory, or no put together a list and bring it, no answer, still wondering. Do I pack the car or not. Why leave a client hanging to the point whereby they lose all confidence and then blame them with a ridiculous assumption. The next day I gave the man an opportunity to apologize and he refused. I am sure he knows how evasive his answers were and I have to ask; did he really expect people to continue to do business without helping them through the process? Perhaps just find another auction site if you need to unload your valuables, save yourself from bogus accusations and a hothead proprietor. As to the value of this place, I wouldn't know, I wasted a whole month preparing for an auction that refused to offer me details of the process of the first meeting.
