Our first time in here and it was fantastic! We loved the vibe and the wines were excellent. We will absolutely go visit again. Andy took exceptional care of us! See you soon!

We had already been doing wine tasting nearby and decided to check this place out. They serve 5 different wines for tasting. You can just tell them your preference and they can choose for you. Matt did a great job finding wines we enjoyed, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. My favorite wine was the Cobden Wini Old Federal Vineyard Cab. Matt informed us that it was the winemaker's dad pictured on the bottle, doing some kind of math?!? My favorite part of the experience was the "welcome dogs"... yes two adorable dogs that showed us lots of love while we were there, starting from when we entered the venue. This place is spacious and gives off a fancier, more formal feel than the tasting room at Feast It Foward next door. But both experences were great in their own ways.

Our annual stop to see Andy and taste his ever-phenomenal collection. We love, love, love his collection of offerings. We don't "need" anything in our cellar, but HAVE to take home his vino. A stunning Pinot, barrel aged Malbec, Cabernet Franc and we ARE rich, deep Cab fans. Gotta go- enjoying the experience.

    Love this !

Lastly, we got to meet Andy the owner was fantastic ... to hear us story was just heartfelt!! Thanks for a great wine tasting experience.

Had a great time talking to the owner, AJ and learning about the boutique wineries he represents. Also so nice to be able to taste delicious wines while walking about downtown Napa! Loved the location right next to Oxbow Public market and The Model Bakery! We joined the club so we could gain access to their wines. Well done!

This has to be my favorite wine tasting room! Andy is so funny and friendly! The wines he recommended were amazing!

Matt and AJ ( the owner) have been nothing but amazing. Beyond welcoming the moment we walked in. And the private tasting was perfect. Amazing customer service and great wine.

Had a wonderful visit to Thief... They were very welcoming. We got to meet the owner and wine maker and had a lovely time! So appreciate the attention and the wonderful venue right near downtown.

Shout out to Sven for providing such an incredible experience! As inexperienced wine lovers, we came in totally lost but wanting to experience a fun tasting experience. Ultimately we did three tastings at different locations and this one blew them all away! Sven was super patient and showed genuine interest in us as people, clearly even enjoying and being able to intelligently answer our crazy slew of newbie questions. Not only that, he even had us tasting $100+ bottles of wine!! Even more, we had the opportunity to personally speak with one of the vineyard owners about his wine and his story. I wish we had saved all our time and money from the other tastings we visited and just did multiple at the Wine Thief. These guys truly know their stuff, love their jobs, have ZERO pushyness, and are simply great people providing GREAT wines! (Be sure to grab a bottle of the Solamente!)

Seriously wish that I had come here my first time to Napa, and my first day this time. Moe was SO knowledgeable and personable. He has a wonderfully dry sense of humor and a huge personality. His whole goal is to find you wines that suit you best and wants to help you discover what suits your palate, whether you're a newbie or a pro he will be able to help you. I will never take another Napa trip without stopping here and doing a VERY REASONABLE tasting and chatting with Moe.

My husband and I were able to call ahead and schedule a very last-minute tasting, and from the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional. I work in the wine industry on the retail side in Texas, while my husband does not, so creating an experience that feels both educational and approachable for both of us is not always easy. Steve absolutely nailed it. He welcomed us warmly, shared thoughtful stories about the wines and the winery, and made the experience feel incredibly personal. The tasting room itself is beautiful and feels like a hidden gem in Napa. We especially loved learning about the wines and the woman winemaker behind Levendi. The tasting was stunning from start to finish. What truly sets Levendi apart, though, is the level of hospitality. Since our visit, I have referred many of my favorite clients to Levendi, and Steve consistently goes above and beyond for them. He bends over backwards to make sure my customers are taken care of, and every single person I've sent has come back raving about their experience. At this point, a trip to Napa would not feel complete without a stop at Levendi. I honestly cannot imagine Napa without Levendi -- or Steve. If it's your first visit, do yourself a favor and try the Stagecoach. You won't be sorry.

Unfortunately, the service has consistently fallen short of the quality of the winery itself. The staff at the front desk--the hostesses who greet guests--have never come across as particularly welcoming. On each visit they've seemed cold, curt, and, at times, a bit snobby. I was even a wine club member for a while, but I eventually canceled my membership because I never felt valued as a customer. We recently stopped by hoping to do a tasting or perhaps just enjoy a glass of wine. At most wineries in Napa, the staff will warmly explain the available options, even if they're fully booked. Instead, we were met with brief, curt responses that made us feel more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests. It's disappointing because the setting is absolutely beautiful, and the wines are consistently outstanding. I truly want to love this winery, but after multiple visits, the lack of warmth and hospitality from the front-of-house staff keeps me from recommending it as highly as I otherwise would.

But dog friendly. Quality/Quantity - I had a hard time with the website making my appointment, it's a user issue as I am just not tech savvy. So I called and someone actually answered the phone and made my appointment for me, THANK you! We arrived 15 mins early, so we hung out in the lobby reading all the history, etc. Then Skip took us to the best view overlooking the vineyard for our tasting; see pictures! We sampled almost ALL the reds! All of which were good. See pictures. I like the fact that we did side by side tastings of many of his wines. My favorites were the 2022 Primitivo and 2021 Malbec, which we bought a few bottles of. Ambiance - Secluded private winery. Close to main Downtown Napa, but far enough away for privacy and a feeling of being far away. Appointment only, so very private and customer focused. Typically no more than 3 parties at a time. Today was considered a very busy day as there were 4 parties including us, lol. Gated private estate. 200 acres. Plenty of parking, especially since hosting only 3 guests at a time. Events - See their website. Well behaved dogs are allowed outdoors. Service - Skip is a history buff and we both talked for hours... After leaving, well really the next day (LOL), I realized that our tasting was supposed to be only 60 minutes. I guess because we got along so well, we stayed until closing! And he gave me a glass with a generous splash and let us walk the property alone after they left! So welcoming and trusting. Price - Depends on which tasting and what you buy; see their website for prices. Tastings range from $50 to $100 per person. One free designated driver allowed. Tasting fees waived with wine equivalent purchases. Hike tours $75 per person ($60 for club members). See their website for more information. Housley seemed to fit the bill--good reviews, dog-friendly (we had her dog with us), and what seemed to be a reasonable tasting price. Shortly after, her husband (and the winery's owner) Adam walks up with their daughter and asks us how we're doing. We continue to be starstruck. Service was wonderful. Seating was comfy. The views weren't the best (we were drinking on the sidewalk and there's a parklet too.) The 5 wines for $29 was not bad, but the size of the pours was lacking.
