I absolutely loved this cafe! A must visit in Bryan! At first, I originally planned on taking my food to-go because I was skeptical of the seating options after seeing a few photos online. As a larger woman, I always check out photos of the chairs and booths before going anywhere. However, the chairs were much sturdier than I expected. After I decided to dine-in, I headed to the counter to place my order. The employee was friendly and very helpful because I was unsure what to try first. Everything sounded great on the menu. Ultimately, I decided on trying the "Purple Grain." After finding a table, the wait was minimal until I was met with a fresh and delicious sandwich and side salad. I opted for the salad but you can also get a bag of chips. The house focaccia was the star of the meal. Lastly, the sandwich was generously portioned and very filling, making the $12 price an excellent value. Overall, I definitely recommend this cafe!

We visited here for the first time today on Mothers Day. We have been wanting to try it out based on photos we've seen of menu items. I was extremely surprised (and excited) to see a kids area when we walked inside. We were unsure if they had a kids menu but to see that and the play area made for a better experience! We got coffee, a breakfast sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, and kids sandwich. It's a great value for the price, servings are generous and delicious! We will definitely be back!

We popped in and tried "The Purple Grain" as well as "The Cure", and my goodness, such a delicious sandwich and soup combo!

It is conveniently located right across the street from TAMU's campus so most patrons were walking up, but they also offer a very small parking lot. I got to try the Kyoto cold brew, which tasted like a geisha coffee to me due to its fruity and floral nature. This will be my go to coffee drink next time I am visiting someone in cstat and a very pleasant surprise after what was described to me as a "stronger cold brew". The staff is quiet nice and as helpful as they can be. Restrooms were clean and just from my observing their open kitchen, their granola looked amazing.

Both drinks had really good flavors that impressed me. The kyoto tasted like a geisha coffee with vibrant floral notes. The iced aussie had a nice mix of lavender and oat milk that blended smoothly with the espresso. Excited to have found this gem in college station. It is also so close to campus and easily accessible for students. The service was quick and nice and there was enough seating inside to get work done. I think I also have good memories here because I watched Lando win the WDC while sipping on my coffee :)

The coffee drinks are alright. The sugar-free hazelnut latte I ordered was made quick and I was on my way although it tasted similar to what a Starbucks latte would be. Maybe my palate is off? I was hoping there would be something unique about the drink that would capture my tastebuds but it didn't. I didn't try any pastries or breakfast items but I read people raving about their sandwiches. That may be in the cards next time I stay at the Stella. The shop opens early and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a strong wifi. Plus it's located near the lake where I noticed plenty of people walking around with their POV coffee in hand. Not a bad morning ritual.
