Came here for the first time. My wife and I ordered the Butterscotch Flavored Latte (sweet snd delicious), Coconut Flavored Latte (delicious), and a chocolate danish (oily, but flavorful). To refer to a potential vendors food to their dog's excrement is beyond disrespectful and very unprofessional. The owner didn't stop there. They continued to berate this potential vendor by harassing them after receiving one star reviews for the establishment. Blaming the potential vendor for their bad service. To the owner. Word of mouth travels fast. No one should stay silent when being mistreated. So if you didn't want people finding out the truth about the way you treat people. Then you should find a way to be accountable and apologize to the community. Your outlook and attitude towards people is horrible. Cute shop and I'm intrigued. I tried the Japanese slo-bru and wasn't a fan. I do love strong coffee and enjoy cold brew since it's smooth and strong. But this was considerably more bitter than other cold brews I have enjoyed (at both chain and independent coffee shops, and at home.) I am glad they're here and will go back and try more things to see if I can find a go-to. Definitely want to try the Cortado. Loved them in Spain. Let's see how they are in Bryan. read more

The Decor alone inside was out standing. Located in old DT Bryan is holds on to the nostalgia that once was....Just look at the photos and you will see what I mean. Harvest is a cute, tucked away coffee shop in downtown College Station. I found the shop accidentally after visiting a nearby restaurant, but I'm very glad I did. The interior was bright with natural light and had plenty of seating, and there is free parking right outside the door. The staff immediately greeted me as I walked in the door and offered their inputs on best menu items. Being from out of state, I went with a small cold brew (12oz) which was around $4. The drink was quite good, but it was a STRONG cold brew. I'm usually a black coffee drinker, but I needed to add a bit of cream and sweetener to get it down. Harvest also does not serve their cold brew over ice, but the drink was still delicious. Other menu items included iced teas, specialty lattes, pastries, sandwiches, etc. I will definitely be back to try more menu items! read more

Anytime I come to the downtown area I like to stop in and visit a new place. Today it was this little jewel! I had a lemon square which tasted exactly like the ones I made from scratch so clearly that was a win, and then I had an iced Americano coffee. next time I'm in I will have to ask what is stronger than their Americano because I do like a bold coffee :-) BTW the coffered ceilings and the interior were fabulous. My favorite coffee shop by far. The best atmosphere with the kindest employees, who began to know my name and order after a semester of going there. Not only that, there hot coffee is *chef's kiss*. The lattes are served at just the right temp and perfectly frothed milk. The cortados (love me some butterscotch cortado) are actually served correctly - in a shot glass/small mug, and, also, have perfectly frothed milk. {I am no coffee expert, but I know what I like & it is far from Starbucks} Then, don't even get me started, on the food. The chicken pesto sandwich is delightful, as is the chicken salad (served on top of salad or as a sandwich) and the breakfast sandwiches. My cousin LOVES the avocado toast with the onions (possibly pickled?) on top, but I have yet to try that since I have other favorites. The harvest in Bryan is where is at, being that it is in cute, historic downtown bryan; the one in century square is a whole different vibe (more modern), that is not so much my taste, though the food/drink are still good there. I recently decided to try Harvest again after a year or two and have come around completely on my opinion. The place is still as cozy and cool as ever, with a nice chill vibe you want from a coffee shop. My last time had an extremely long wait for a pastry after being told it would only be a few minutes. This time, I ordered an iced coconut latte and avocado toast. The coffee was delicious. Perfectly sweetened, with a nice hint of coconut cream. The avocado toast was also tasty, coming out within five or so minutes of when I ordered. It came with a side salad with a nice, light dressing. Overall, I was very pleased by my experience. So, I came here again the other night and I've found that this place has gotten so much better than I remember it. I ended up ordering a cortado that was made absolutely perfectly. It had just the right amount of milk in it and was exceptional. I love how quickly and attentive they are to their customers. This is aboslutely a perfect spot to catch up with friends. There is plenty of parking out front and it's such a cozy spot. I wouldn't' recommend studying here, if you're using textbooks. The lighting isn't bright enough to be able to read without straining. However, it is a great place to be able to type up documents on your computer. Highly recommend this spot. It is definitely one of the best coffee shops in BCS. read more

The service is very, very friendly!!! There are, obviously, a limited amount of outlets. My friend and I asked the barista where they were located and she not only pointed them out for us, but also came to inform us when a table near an outlet opened up! When you order food (including drinks, ,and drink refills) they bring everything to your table so there's no real reason to ever get up. The lighting is a bit dim so it might be hard to really hunker down and study here - especially for something pretty grueling like a major test of sorts. But the music is very nice (classical, but not classical classical. I think I heard instrumentals from a few movies and violin versions of some popular pop songs). The decor has that 'about to fall apart' rustic sort of look to it - I think the place might actually be falling apart but it doesn't look dangerous. The place doesn't have an overwhelming coffee smell which makes my head hurt after prolonged exposure so that's positive as well. I had the chicken salad sandwich (which comes with a side salad). The sandwich was absolutely perfect. Not too sweet or too salty with a little bit of crunch packed in. The side salad was a little too bitter/sour but better than most. read more

Cool place to get coffee. The building is very industrial and raw with old exposed brick and boarded windows with paint peeling ceilings but it's a neat homage to the past. Not sure how they passed code looking around but it takes you back to another time. The lemon was good, tangy with fresh squeezed lemons and not overly sweet. I got the Candleight latte with a touch of Mexican caramel. Spicy and a tad sweet but not too sweet. Neat place. read more

If you are like me, you're not too thrilled about going to smaller cities like BryAn or College Station, Texas. I'm here to watch a dance recital and because it's a drive from Austin, I decided to show up a little bit early and explore a bit. I looked up coffee shops and I found Harvest Coffee that is located in the downtown of Bryan. It is a small place but really cute and laid back. There is Maybe, I don't know, seven or eight tables inside with chairs. They have Wi-Fi. They have two tables outside and a bench. It's hot but the way the sun is facing right now this outside area is shaded so I am sitting outside. I got this delicious masala chai that definitely has a kick to it. I asked them if they could add more of the chai into the drink because most tries in the United States that are sold at coffee shops are really not that good. They tend to be really weak the flavor tends to be really off. Although this try doesn't necessarily get the chai flavor spot on (I know how to make real chai and my background is Indian so I was brought up with it), the flavor is still quite nice and they were nice to add more when I asked for it. I'm also really enjoying the avocado toast. They have several options for avocado toast and this one's seem the most appealing to me. They have other interesting items on the menu. There's some creative lattes that I think I might check out the next time I come here. I highly recommend this place! read more

I don't get to Bryan very often, but I was in town for business and happened upon the Harvest Coffee Bar. It was a little early for lunch and a little late for breakfast, so the Bacon Leek Quiche was perfect. It was ready in less than five minutes and really was delicious. The 'drip' coffee just like they serve in European bistros. The weather was nice, so I got to make the most out of my short time in the city seated at an outdoor table. I love it here! The latte's are fantastic! I really recommend the Harvest and Candlelight. This is also one of the only places in town to get a cafe Cortado (Spanish-style cappuccino) that reminds me of the ones in Spain. As for the food, you really can't go wrong. It's so different from other places but in the best way possible. The sweet potato leek and chicken salad are my favorite of the sandwiches. Their salads come in a good quantity. I have not had the pastries here yet except for the English muffin which was phenomenal! I got the Honey goat cheese one. I love love love it here. I do wish it was overall just a bit cheaper though. read more
