I believe I found it at Big Ray's. My two dogs were just as yummy as I expected, but I could only eat one hot dog because I had to get the fresh-cut, homemade French fries. Now they serve footlongs, I ordered two, one with mustard and onions, and the other was their signature chili, mustard, and onions. As per the video you see he does not skimp on the toppings.
