I did not receive my medication which totally disrupted my routine for taking it on Sunday and Thursday. The excuse was that everyone makes mistakes. This is supposed to be to be a medical office and mistakes of this nature are very problematic. They did however immediately charge my credit card for the medication but failed to process the order. Their attitude was troubling and unfortunate and they did not offer to advice on how I could effectively get back to the routine I had. They are nice people but niceness doesn't cut it when you're dealing with medication.
