I'm so grateful to Drip Hydration and specifically John Ross, who administered my IV. I was in real bad shape from alittle too much wine and now I'm feeling so much better. It's truly a game changer !! I'm not a fan of needles at all and usually get a bit queasy but it was actually a really pleasant experience. John Ross did everything quickly and without any pain. Nurse Dey was a lifesaver !!! I had been throwing up for over 12 hours and felt extremely weak and dehydrated and was desperate for some relief. After having been cancelled on last minute by a different company I was so relieved when I found drip hydration that had way better communication and was way more professional in setting up the appointment. I had booking issues as well. Their systems in general aren't very reliable. A friend really wanted me to try it, so he created an account for me and used a "Member Only" coupon. Not only did they not have me on their schedule, they wanted me to either pay $100 more or rebook and use the coupon under his account because my account was not a member or something. If it were me, I'd just send someone out instead of making someone go through these hoops to pay the same thing. They already wasted an hour of my time by not showing up and they want me now to coordinate with my friend and hope he's free to resolve what is essentially their fault. Anyway, make sure you confirm your booking. I heard the service is great, but I wouldn't know because I couldn't make time to deal with this. read more

I booked this service for my mom who was dehydrated. I understand services that are not available same day however your website allowed for online booking same day so not only did I select same day service but also prepaid (as required) and added a generous tip for the nurse. Appointment time comes and goes and no contact from company. I tried for hours to call and no answer. Called the Inland empire location and they answered, we're very apologetic but could not get ahold of the San Diego location either. I start calling other services and found a company who answered their phone, guaranteed an appointment and showed up on time. That same afternoon I receive a text from Drip saying they could not make that mornings 10:30 appointment would I like to reschedule? I said no we had to call someone else please just cancel and refund. I was promised a refund in writing and 2 weeks later still not issued. Guess they can't hold up any promises they make. John was a lifesaver when I had the stomach flu. It was easy, fast and made such a huge difference for me in my recovery. As a fellow nurse, I knew I was getting too dehydrated and this was a treatment I was always curious about. I was worried it would be weird to have a stranger come into my home while I was at my most vulnerable and felt so, so gross but John is such a sweetheart and made me feel really comfortable with the process. Thank god for Drip Hydration!! I looked them up after becoming terribly ill during our vacation to LEGOLAND.
