The next day, I found out I won the raffle for a one-month membership. Let me just say how incredible this place has been. Aria has been amazing every step of the way--from setting everything up to walking us around the entire facility and explaining in detail everything they offer and the benefits of each service. I brought my wife with me, and she had been interested in a place like this for a while. We both did the cryotherapy, and I felt so rejuvenated afterward. I also tried the leg compression, which felt amazing. Another coworker of mine did the infrared sauna and then the cryotherapy back-to-back, and he said it was incredible as well and that he'll be going back. I can't mention everything because I haven't tried all their services yet, but if you want more details, I highly recommend giving them a call. The sessions aren't too expensive, and if you get a membership, you can bring someone with you for just $20 per session. I cannot recommend Chill N Out enough--not just for how clean the place is, but for how friendly and attentive the staff are. I'll definitely be going back more often and getting a month-to-month membership for the foreseeable future.

I have heard of Cryo and have known people that have taken their kids so I knew it to be effective. The injury occurred on a Friday evening and the next morning my son could not fully extend his knee and had a bit of a limp while walking. We went in for Cryo mid morning the next day and by the evening, he was able and fully extend his knee and said it was 90% of the way healed. I haven't even touched on the best part, which is the owner, John. Amazing individual who truly puts customer service at the top of his list. Come in. Greet with a smile. Take a seat. Mage sure to explain where you want the treatment. Machine comes out if localized. Or you wait for the cryo machine set up (wear the gloves). After 3 minutes, it's a done da da. Repeat. Try out the $99 unlimited special which gives you access to many services to try. I think the special ends soon. You sign some waivers and the front desk goes over how to stop, how to use etc. pretty basic stuff. I was in the red light therapy for 30 mins. It was relaxing first, then it got real hot in the end. It looks like a tanning bed so it does have the fan in the end but I don't think it did anything. I think they should have a fan inside. They do have the wipes to wipe down before and after. You can lay naked, fully clothes, or whatever floats your boat. Would I come back? Maybe. Is there a potential? I think so.
