I am giving this spa 2 stars solely because the front desk staff and estheticians were always polite, friendly, and professional. My issue is with the treatment results. I purchased a series of five HIFU treatments, which were recommended to help lift and tighten my face and neck. Unfortunately, after completing all five sessions and spending approximately $1,800, I did not see any improvement. In fact, I feel that my face and neck look more saggy than before, and I actually feel like I look older now than when I started. I was specifically encouraged to include my neck in the treatment plan, but that area is where I am most disappointed with the outcome. The concerns I originally wanted to address, including sagging around my mouth and jawline, remain unchanged. Despite following through with the recommended treatment plan, I saw no noticeable lifting or tightening. I understand that results can vary from person to person, but based on my experience, this treatment was a complete waste of money. I wish I had been given more realistic expectations before investing so much time and money. While the staff were kind and welcoming, I cannot recommend HIFU treatments at this spa based on the results I personally experienced. read more

I had a good visit. The pixel 8 was interesting. I had to get numb and they had a device with needles poking my face. It sounded like a stapler It takes 30 mins to get numb, btw. The receptionist is nice here. I had a fun conversation with them before I left. They have pretty good skincare here that I want to try. Scores pretty high on the Yuka app. I got my ticket validated this time so it was cheaper. So that was nice. read more

Let's start with the staff being really nice. BUT the clinicians need more training. I normally wouldn't write a negative review but this has been a consistent problem here. I go because I have bought packages and they have comped services due to either overbooking and I couldn't get in to the actual service I came in for OR machine not working, OR they've ran out of needles for the microneedling! I wish I could make this up but this is all true. I've just walked out of the building and attempted to do a PRP with microneedling. The lady was really nice and jolly, but seems scared to proceed. But we powered through and I made sure to use the lowest power just in case. When it came to drawing the blood for PRP, it was a difficult feat as it was hard to work the vial the blood was going into. I've had to hold the needles in my vein while she grabbed more vial to draw the blood in. I'm an easy stick and we've had to try 3x. She was kind enough to ask if we could try and I didn't mind but I do think it's lack of training as I've never had this issue before. There are new staff everytime I come here and it scares me everytime but I have so much services I still need to use. Needless to say, this visit was another comped service due to another mishap. Not sure how they stay open really.. but how do I get my money back because all my services had been questionable. I do feel bad for the sweet girl, she tried, and I can tell she was flustered. read more

I'd like to start by saying I've been going to Prophesy for about a year now and have never had any issues, quite the opposite actually. I've been here for Botox, , filler, laser treatments, and cryotherapy, and every visit has been a great experience and very successful. (I'm addicted to cryo!) The staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly, and they genuinely seem to care about what they're doing. They have always made me comfortable, and take the time to understand exactly what I'm trying to achieve during each visit. The spa itself is very nice, relaxing, and just has a great overall vibe. I personally can't say enough good things about everything I've experienced here and I look much younger than a year ago as well. They did some heavy sales right after letting me know that in order to see results, I would need many treatments. I explained that I wanted to go home and see how I felt after the process before making a decision. They charged my credit card $483.07, not $49. They refuse to give me my money back saying that I signed up for a package. This place is a scam, do not come for the $49 treatment on instagram, they will upsell you without telling you. read more

Ok let's start off with the good. The lady that didn't facial was very nice and she did a good job but this place is a total hustle. After the treatment I couldn't just pay and leave. They make you go And talk to someone else that tells you what packages they want you to get. Ok fine I get it it's all about sales but the funniest thing is when I paid and asked if they validate the girl said yes. I then gave her the slip and she said "oh no we don't". I said you just said u do but she said "we don't for that lot." I said well this is the lot with your address on it so what lot are you talking about that u do validate? She just said downstairs lol I said there isn't a parking lot connected to the building We argued back and forth for a min and she made no sense whatsoever. I just gave up. Prophecy Med Spa did a wonderful mini facial and mini Hi Fu treatment on a Sunday! very warm and welcoming. There's a lot of laughter and the environment is very relaxing and designed. I went back and had a facial and I really enjoyed the outcome. They also use a red light therapy which is very comforting and helpful to the skin. I like that there is always a nurse at the facility and they also use aestheticians. I enjoyed my experiences there and I think it's worth going to check it out. read more

Staff were very nice!!!!! I did not have a great experience as I made an appointment for a Hydroglow facial which was on special for $49. However, after the hydro portion, I assumed there would be a mask, facial massage etc..., perhaps I should have asked the person who contacted me the day before what the facial included. I signed up for the $59 facial special that was advertised on social media and when I came in to receive the service, they recommended a series of 4 pixel eight micro-needling treatments . They said the for best results, the service needed to be scheduled four weeks apart from each other. I paid upfront over $2000 in February and I've only received 1 treatment thus far due to the fact that they have rescheduled my appointment over 6 times, and finally in Aug they didn't reschedule me and I was excited to finally receive my second treatment, but when I was in the treatment room ready to proceed, I realized they were not doing what they did the last time. I explained I wanted the service that I paid for. Turns out they had booked me for the wrong service, So they gave me that service complementary for the inconvenience but said I had to wait four more weeks before I could receive the Service I paid for, so I booked my appointment 4 weeks out and an hour before my appointment. I received a text that they needed to reschedule due to fact that the machine that was needed to do the procedure broke. They said it would take about three days for the part to come in and they would call me to reschedule. It's going on two weeks now and I have not received any phone call or update. I'm extremely disappointed that it's been going on 9 months and I've only received one out of the four treatments. So how am I going to receive the best results that they recommend? At this point I want a refund. It seems that they have a problem keeping staff or having unreliable technicians/ nurses working since every reason why they canceled was somebody called out or didn't show up. Now equipment isn't working. Don't waste your time or money going here. It's not worth it. Ii will update you on how they handle this issue. read more

Canceling appointments and rescheduling for 6am. So I did have those glitches as others mention here. I also had a rough encounter with someone who answered the phone when I called to confirm my appointment. She was simply clueless on everything. Maybe it was her first day. I decided to go because everyone raves about their services. I absolutely loved the red light facial I got. Top notch products used. I seriously can tell the difference in my neck. Total rip off way over priced. They upsell expensive treatments that are about as lasting as a face mask you can get in rite aid. The lip enhancements were extremely temporary, about 3 days and it was gone. I was told they used the wrong thing, it wasn't even a filler. They use your own blood plasma. Title: Refused to Honor Valid Groupon, Demanded Extra Fees Review: My mother-in-law and I were returning clients who attempted to use our valid, unexpired Groupon vouchers at Prophecy Clinic on 05/23/2025. I made sure when I scheduled the appointment that to let them know this was a Groupon voucher and it was not an issue. They texted to confirm, everything was good to go. To our complete surprise, the staff refused to honor our vouchers. They claimed the deal was for "first-time clients only" and that we would need to pay an additional $150 per person to receive the service we had already paid for. This "first-time client" restriction is stated NOWHERE in the Groupon's terms, fine print, or conditions. I have a screenshot of the official voucher policy to prove this. Even after we pointed this out, the clinic staff held firm and denied us the service. This is an unacceptable and dishonest business practice. Businesses should not be allowed to invent new rules to avoid honoring a paid deal. It feels like a bait-and-switch. We are incredibly disappointed and will be filing for a full refund through Groupon and reporting this to consumer protection agencies. Future customers, please be aware that the terms of your purchase may not be honored here. Update - I'm out $80, one voucher was sent as a gift I can't get a refund on that. Also learned a huge lesson: When a company changes their name to avoid any BBB review look ups , don't give that a second glance - AVOID! My facial and estitician were amazing so I was very disappointed to be given a HIGH PRESSURE sales pitch by the manager both before AND after my facial. After finally taking no for an answer I went to pay where a gentleman tried one last pitch for a lower cost package. After repeatedly saying I only came for a facial I finally left feeling so frustrated. Amazing experience from beginning to end! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was given a form to fill out and was offered tea, coffee or water. After filling out a history form I only had to wait 5 mins before I was called in to do a 10 min consultation. My consultant who happens to be the manager explained the treatment I signed up for on Instagram in detail before sending me in for my appt. 1 hr later...I feel so relaxed and stress free. My facial was absolute bliss. Hands down the best facial experience ever!
