I made an appointment to receive half of a syringe in my lips & once I got there, the man that took me to the room had clarified exactly what I called for, to which I agreed to the half. He even told me that the nurse, Sajia, was on her last client (me) before heading to their other location and that should've been my other red flag but I didn't know she would rush to leave and carelessly give me a FULL syringe without my consent. She didn't ask, she didn't clarify, she just did. She left before I paid so when I got to the front that is when they told me the price would be $675. Now when I called originally I asked how much a full would be and they said $650. To make my point, the manager even said $650 when I finally got a hold of her 2 days later. I asked the woman that was charging me to ask Sajia what she done and she told her to take $100 off the service. To me that's putting a bandaid on a mistake. If it were me I would've definitely given them the other half for free knowing I didn't ask for their consent. I called a multitude of times to get a hold of the manager, my calls were even forwarded and I told them I would come in to which the front desk said it wasn't necessary. After calling 3 more times I finally got a call back from the manager and she had the worst attitude. Listen, I know damn well if this had happened to her just based on her energy she would not be okay with paying for a service she didn't ask for. Instead she justified in any possible way she could, "it's been 2-3 years since your last service so the nurse gave you what she recommended", "the nurse had communicated a full syringe", "we gave you a discount" blah blah.. complete bullsh-. I am so disappointed in her attitude towards a consumer, another woman to say the very least. I'm sure they have cameras and they definitely record the calls so I know for a fact that I'm not in the wrong and that she was trying to manipulate the situation. I'm just so shocked that they have someone like that running a spa. She even asked me if I wanted to get it removed knowing that costs more than just refunding me. I've learned my lesson and I'm never supporting their business again. Sure you might have had a good experience, but just know that if shit hit the fan and you were done dirty, they will absolutely not give a F- because all they want is your money. And to the b- of a manager, no one gives a f about a discount when you've been wrongfully charged but just know karma will come back to you.

I arrived at 8:45 am and was welcomed by receptionist and informed her that this was my first time ever having microneedling. She reassured me that I made a great decision. I was then taken into a room for pictures of my skin. After the pictures I was taken to the procedure room and did my medical assessment by zoom with the physician assistant. After being cleared the receptionist brought me a bottle water and advised me that Perla had just arrived and she would be in momentarily to go over everything. I waited less than 5 minutes and Perla came in and we had a great conversation about what I wanted to achieve with my skin and my problem areas. Perla then put numbing cream on my face and advised that she would leave it on for 15 minutes. I was really impressed because every question I had about the process she answered and explained everything step by step. After the numbing cream she cleaned my face and put on an astringent and began microneedling. I thought it was going to be painful and that I was going to bleed. It actually tickles in some areas of the face and neck but I did have a little discomfort on the forehead and nose area. After it was over Perla did show me the areas that I had some redness but stated that would go away within a few days. Perla also advised me to use tinted sunscreen and gave me her recommendations on how to care for my skin. I immediately seen a difference and will be scheduling another appointment in 6 weeks for another session. I was really satisfied and highly impressed! Oh! I almost forgot after my service was over I was trying to redeem my Groupon deal and the Groupon site was having problems. I tried to access it several times and the receptionist tried on her end to access the site and nothing was happening. After 20 minutes the receptionist inquired if I would allow her to stay logged into my Groupon and she would take care of it and call me once the payment cleared. I felt bad for leaving unsure about the payment because I had never used Groupon and wanted to make sure that the business was paid for my services. About 10 minutes after I left I received a call from the receptionist that the website was up and running and she was able to redeem the Groupon payment. After this experience, I looked them up and noticed they have a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which honestly lines up with what we experienced. Extremely disappointing.
