Dr. Erfani and his team of professionals are OUTSTANDING. I am 46 yrs old and a cosmetic treatment junkie. I take excellent care of my skin with a strict skin care regiment, including monthly facials and annual injectables. I discovered Dr. Erfani on a groupon for IPL photofacials to remove my sunspots and acne scars, and I am stoked that I decided to make the drive to Eastlake. Unlike some dermatologists or other facial centers which allow a med tech to work on your face unsupervised, Dr. Erfani performs the IPL photofacial lasers himself, every time. His prices, even his regular prices that are off the groupon specials, are competitive and much lower than some of the places I called in Del Mar and La Jolla before I decided to go with Dr. Erfani. Next, let me take a moment to praise Hilda, the esthetician GODDESS that Dr. Erfani has on his full-time staff. Between IPLs, the doctor recommended I get a facial with Hilda. Hilda uses all Dermalogica products, and she honestly saved my skin. I did not want to get a facial when Dr. Erfani suggested it, and I had a hard time admitting to myself for a full week after the facial that Hilda really does work miracles. But, I got with the program eventually, because Hilda cleared my trouble spots and suggested a regimen which counteracted any flare ups. She really does know her stuff. Now I have switched to Dermalogica products, I get a monthly facial, and I go back for one more IPL at the end of the month (my 4th). Great Staff, but worst doctor ever!!! Bad experience with this doctor, We agreed on a price and a day before surgery he tries to charge me more for a price that he agreed before. I called the office and left him couple of messages and told his staff to please contact me to see if we could settle something up for us and he never even bother calling us back at all. My last laser hair removal experience was at ANOTHER PLACE called Avalon and the 3 visits there were absolutely painful that I couldn't bring myself to make the 4th appointment. One summer later and badly in need of hair removal, I decided to give it another try, here at Spirit Lift. The team at Spirit Lift and Dr Erfani all helped comfort me and made sure the treatment was customized for me personally - Longer treatment course but minimal pain. My treatment was absolutely pain free. The facility was very clean and relaxing. I got this all at a discount through an online deal. I was so pleased with my first visit that although I had more sessions left, I decided to purchase additional sessions. One down side is that they're not open on weekends or later nights/earlier mornings so if you're working 9-5, you'd have to skip an hour or two from work to go. Dr. Erfani at Spirit Lift is the best! I couldn't be happier with the lower face lift, neck lift and eyelid lift (Upper Blepharoplasty) that he performed on me six weeks ago. I thought it was just a pipe dream for me to have plastic surgery. I'm in my mid 50s and have been self conscious about one eyelid that droops more than the other, and my sagging, droopy neck. Although I do look young for my age, these two features have been bothering me for years. Almost as a lark, I looked on Yelp for reviews on plastic surgeons. Dr. Erfani had the best reviews so I made an appointment at Spirit Lift. Although his office is in Chula Vista, which is a bit of a drive for me from Carmel Valley, it was worth it to me to find someone who I felt would do a fantastic job, and someone I felt comfortable with. This is the first time I've ever had plastic surgery and I must say I felt self conscious when I first when to Spirit Lift. But my hesitations disappeared as soon as I walked into their beautiful office which looks like a spa and was taken under the wing of his caring and competent staff. Jennifer at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and coordinated my meeting first with Ana, the Patient Coordinator, to discuss the procedures, and then Dr. Erfani. Ana first listened to what procedures I was interested in having done, then explained in detail what the procedures would entail, and the cost of the procedures. Then Dr. Erfani came in and I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew he was someone I could trust to do my procedures. He studied my face, neck and eyes and went into more of the medical details on what the procedures entailed and how I would look after the procedures. He then showed me many before and after photos of his patients who have had the procedures I was interested in having. I became excited as I looked at these photos as the people all looked fantastic after the surgery. I was also impressed that these weren't Hollywood stereotypes, these were average people like me who just wanted to look better. They ranged in age from their 30s to 70s. I was very enthused at having both procedures done, but even with the discount they were offering me, it was still a bit more than I could afford to pay at the time of the procedures. Dr. Erfani said they offer reasonable financing. After hearing the details, which I did consider quite reasonable, I made an appointment for the surgery. I must say that I thought about canceling the appointment several times as I was getting cold feet. However, this was a great time, work wise for me to have it done, and I just knew Dr. Erfani would do a good job so I did it!. Dr. Erfani really made me feel I was in good hands the day of surgery. As you can imagine, I was quite nervous. His assistant Miguel, also did a fabulous job of keeping me calm. Jennifer also was in the surgery room and let me hold her hand throughout the procedure to resassure me that everything was fine and I was doing great. Dr. Erfani even called me that night to make sure I was doing okay and to see if I had any concerns or questions. How many doctors do that! As I wasn't able to drive myself home from surgery, and I didn't want to ask my boyfriend to take a day off from work, I hired Bruce, at California Chauffeur to pick me up at home and drive me to Spirit Lift the day of surgery, and then and drive me home after the surgery. Spirit Lift has arranged special pricing with him as quite a few of their patients use his services. Bruce was wonderful and I was so glad I hired him. I'm thrilled with the results and feel beautiful. I'm also getting lots of compliments from people. Even my dermatologist (who is a respected doctor at Scripps Clinic) told me this morning at my annual skin check that not only do I look great, but that Dr. Erfani did a great job. Dr. Erfani uses state of the art procedures which I'm sure contribute to the great results he has with his patients. He also has outstanding credentials and training and has performed over 3,000 facelifts! I was also impressed that he recommended I take Arnica Montana, a homeopathic remedy to reduce brusing from the surgery. It worked great and I hardly had any bruising. I have been searching all over San Diego for a laser treatment center that was right for me and finally found one in Spirit Lift Chula Vista. Nice location (check) smart and dependable staff (check) great doctor who listens to all your questions and goes above and beyond fantastic service (CHECK!) I visited the office today for the Co2 Fractional treatment. I have moderate acne scars on my face They started off with applying numbing cream on the area they planned to laser. The procedure itself didn't hurt as much as I anticipated. I would compare it to getting lightly snapped in the face with a rubber band, didn't hurt any more than getting your eyebrows waxed. Dr. Sadi made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment and even asked me if I was comfortable several times. The entire visit lasted no more than 2 hours. I was a little nervous at first (as anyone would be before any procedure) but I'm so happy I had this done. I'm so excited to see the results! read more

When I originally decided on a "face upgrade", I scheduled with 3 different doctors. Dr. Erfani was the first, and after meeting with him for a compimentary consultation, I cancelled my appointment with the others. From the very first meeting, I felt totally confident that I had chosen correctly. I have always had dark undereye circles which required lots of coverup. After the natural "fat filler" procedure followed up by two CO2 laser treatments. Now I don't even need the cover up. I came to see Dr. Erfani to have him remove a few "dog ears" on my hips, which were a result of a little added weight on my hips after another surgery elsewhere (and a C-section).
