Jessica, in particular, has made the process seamless. I have seen significant results since beginning treatment, and her personalized approach ensures that each session is tailored to individual needs. She is also consistently informative, providing clear guidance and support at every stage of the process.

This woman is a quack. My partner came in for top surgery during the pandemic. When healthcare…read moreclinics and hospitals were requiring masks. We were following a strict masking protocol because of an immune compromised family member. Dr. Kaweski flat out refused to wear a mask during follow up visits post surgery. She tried claiming they didn't have any masks - AT A SURGERY CENTER. And told us the government was lying to us. She ignored my partners post-op concerns and then berated him for "waiting to tell her" about a build up of fluid. One of her reasonings for not wearing a mask was that hand washing was more effective. I will tell you that in multiple visits I did not see this woman wash her hands once. There was a sink in the room with us and while it was possible she washed in another room, she had to touch the door handle to enter the room. She and her assistant manually aspirated the excess fluid build up from my partner WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS OR CLEANSING HIS SKIN, using the same needle in multiple parts of his chest and of course he got a Staph infection. Because of her refusal to wear a mask, we were forced to look for another doctor to do post-op care in the middle of his recovery, which added unnecessary stress on him during his healing. This woman is LUCKY that my partner is not litigious because I would have sued her into oblivion and I hope someday she faces consequences for her callousness. I would choose another surgeon but if you can't at least make sure she washes her hands.

He never once has seen me post-op. He sent a nurses aid in to remove my stitches. Please women if you are looking for someone to do reconstruction after cancer, do not go to this monster. He destroyed my body, he destroyed me emotionally. And he doesn't care, not even a little bit. I had a gram negative bacterial infection and it took him months to culture it and then didn't do a full culture. I was on antibiotics for over 6 months. It took Dr Chao over 3 months to finally run the correct testing. Had he reacted sooner and gave me the proper treatment I could have had my reconstruction done, I look so awful and feel worse. Before cancer I was a triple D. Now I don't know if any constructive surgery can even be done because there's not a single doctor that wants to touch the mess this creep made. It's so upsetting and the worse part is he left me hanging.below are a couple of the after photos. This could be you if you go to this Dr. there's a before photo of me, Dr Chao was supposed to make me look whole again.

Susan Kaweski - Aesthetic Arts Institute - one week after surgery: hematoma in left eye

Susan Kaweski - Aesthetic Arts Institute

(2 reviews)

Disheartening and Disfiguring Experience with Dr. Susan Kaweski…read more I underwent facial surgery with Dr. Susan Kaweski in December 2024, including a neck lift and tear trough fat grafting. The day after surgery, my left eye had a massive hematoma. Post-surgery, I developed pronounced "double rings" under my left eye when I smile--a disfigurement that has significantly impacted my self-esteem. My lower left eyelid is also permanently swollen. Despite multiple consultations, several reputable plastic surgeons have declined to take my case, citing the complexity and permanence of the issue. Additionally, the neck lift was left incomplete, with noticeable loose skin and an untreated platysmal band on the right side, undermining the procedure's intended results. During follow-up visits, Dr. Kaweski and her staff, particularly patient coordinator Kim Mulholland, and nurse Sarah Pence repeatedly suggested additional and expensive treatments like PRP injections, asserting they would correct the under-eye issue. However, other plastic surgeons I have seen (including oculoplastic surgeons) have informed me that PRP (and PRFA) would be ineffective for my condition. When I expressed concerns about the additional costs, Kim remarked, "That's the price of beauty," a comment I found deeply insensitive given my distress. Further, Dr. Kaweski blamed ME for "being too skinny" and that she had trouble harvesting enough fat to put into my tear troughs. Well, she should have declined to do this surgery on me if she found that to be the case then. I sure do wish I stuck to under-eye fillers that I did successfully for 6 years - which can easily be reversed. Unfortunately, this horrible fat-grafting is irreversible. Dr. Kaweski is against under-eye fillers and assured me it was "healthier" to do fat grafting and that "I was going to love it." Well, I am not loving it. I share this experience to caution others to thoroughly research and seek multiple opinions before proceeding with this surgeon for similar procedures. It appears that symmetry is not Dr. Kaweski's forte with her results.

Dr Kaweski is one of the most personable and kind doctors you will ever meet. She cares deeply…read moreabout her patients and gives honest facts to what or what can not be done on a surgical basis. Unfortunately, there are those who have ridiculous expectations, will not follow the Dr's advice, believe they know more than the doctor, and make unfortunate conclusions before the site has time to heal. I had an augmentation in 2000 which takes time to settle in to see the final results and which haven't been adjusted, replaced or damaged over the past 25 years. I have successfully recommended her to others and they have returned to her for more procedures, knowing she will give the most professional care and can trust her for any recommendations she gives. It's regrettable that there are those who try to smudge a time physicians care with hysterical accusations and unfounded facts. Surgeries cannot be judged on ignorance and conclusions that are made within the first days or weeks of post op.

I noticed the first onset of something festering around June 6, 2025 about a month after the surgery. I had a scabby very painful area that I took a photo of and sent to the office and informed them of the pain.. I was told to just put vitamin E ointment on it it was just a spit stitch. That stitch turned into cellulitis, which caused me to have to go to Urgent Care and to the ER To have a drained. Twice. After two rounds of heavy duty antibiotics for 10 days and shots of antibiotics I thought maybe I was going to ok. The ER doctor suggested that I go back to Dr sessions to have additional drainage performed to prevent the pus from building up and bursting. I went back to Dr sessions unfortunately, he did not drain it. The Abscess ended up bursting later that night. It became an abscess the size of a half dollar. My primary caregiver has been proactive and trying to help me. I do not know what's going to happen. My primary caregiver says that it probably needs to be opened back up As he thinks that there are tunnels that have formed... from the infection, not being treated immediately. Please take care and do your due diligence before you have surgery here he does not use drains for breast reduction, I had no idea how important having drains for breast surgery is. I've been going here for years, but unfortunately things have become very disorganized recently…read more A few months ago they changed their appointment system, and my appointment was apparently lost in the transition. I even received a text confirming the appointment, but when I arrived I was told I didn't actually have one because it hadn't been entered into the "correct" system. Today was even more confusing. I went for my next appointment and ended up being bounced between their old location and their new one with no guidance whatsoever. I thought the sign at the old location says the new location will open on March 19, which led me to believe they were still operating out of the old space. However, when I arrived the doors were locked. Apparently the new location was open as of January 19, but there was no clear communication or signage explaining where to go or what was actually happening when I went to the new location either. This was especially frustrating because I made my appointment around or shortly after the time they had moved and no one thought to tell me that I would need to go to a new location. (Maybe I'm expecting too much to be proactively informed that the office has moved after I've been going to the same office for eight years or so.) It's frustrating because this used to be a reliable place, but right now the lack of organization and communication makes it very difficult just to figure out where you're supposed to be.
