I've been going here for years, but unfortunately things have become very disorganized recently. A few months ago they changed their appointment system, and my appointment was apparently lost in the transition. I even received a text confirming the appointment, but when I arrived I was told I didn't actually have one because it hadn't been entered into the "correct" system. Today was even more confusing. I went for my next appointment and ended up being bounced between their old location and their new one with no guidance whatsoever. I thought the sign at the old location says the new location will open on March 19, which led me to believe they were still operating out of the old space. However, when I arrived the doors were locked. Apparently the new location was open as of January 19, but there was no clear communication or signage explaining where to go or what was actually happening when I went to the new location either. This was especially frustrating because I made my appointment around or shortly after the time they had moved and no one thought to tell me that I would need to go to a new location. (Maybe I'm expecting too much to be proactively informed that the office has moved after I've been going to the same office for eight years or so.) It's frustrating because this used to be a reliable place, but right now the lack of organization and communication makes it very difficult just to figure out where you're supposed to be. read more

They have GREAT specials on spa services which I've taken advantage of many times. They offered plastic surgery services, weight-loss (semaglutide), coolsculpting, facials, Botox, fillers etc.... I know I'm missing a lot. I have had Botox, coolsculpting and most recently Vivace with PRP (aka vampire facial). I love all the ladies who have treated me here especially Stephanie and Shari. They are all very professional and do great work and they DO NOT upsell you here. Thats probably my 3rd favorite thing about this place other than the great service and specials. Initially, I gave this place one star after some confusion regarding their online promo pricing. Fortunately, Sarah (office manager) called me, apologized, addressed my frustration, and offered a fair solution. Today was my first time at the La Mesa location, and the first impression didn't leave me blown away due to how I was treated upon arrival. The two ladies did not immediately greet me, standing toward the back of the reception area, laughing about something. When the Asian girl did approach, she didn't say hi or hello, just, "Do you have an appointment?" in a flat tone. My first impression was cold/frosty vibes, and I was later directed to "take a seat." Also, I was expecting to meet Sarah, who I dealt with over the phone, and was surprised not to see her. While waiting, I started thinking this was a mistake and a waste of time. However, despite the initial lackluster service, I later met Stephanie, who would do my Botox. Very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with my care. Even with having had tons of Botox, she assumed nothing and went over treatment expectations. She also addressed any concerns and asked if I was interested in other services. She followed up by having me sign up for their rewards program, and I was impressed with her skill and elevated service. I'm pleased to be a new client of Stephanie's and look forward to future sessions. Overall, pricing is fantastic, quick wait times, and my treatment with Stephanie was top-notch. I am about 6yrs post op and I have my ups and downs with my breast but I get so many compliments on how natural they look. I've even gotten compliments frm other surgeons and they've told me the same thing my breasts look amazing. You really have to trust the process and enjoy the journey honestly. I've always believed I had capsular contraction very early on and expressed many times. Believed to have right breast bottoming out, possible capsule and the other definite capsular contraction.
