After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. This clinic is acting like a concierge service but you will a classic clinic experience. Buyer beware.

So why the 4 stars and not 5? His staff. They are semi-pleasant in person but completely unprofessionally rude over the phone. I work extremely hard & I have to take time off work to go here during their opening hours....and 5 out of 6 visits have not started on time - more than 30 min late. I came back so many times bc you pay 100% up front, so I'm using up my pre-paid services but I will not be back unless a serious effort is made to stay on time & respect my time and money. It's a shame because they do offer unique services that are hard to find in Cleveland area. Today they are training a new person so due to that I was started 30 min late & I was not asked if I was ok with someone training during an intimate treatment! It's unprofessional- I understand people need to learn, but at the very least I should have been notified or possibly offered a discount for the inconvenience it caused to start so late. If you are a person that has tons of free time then this may not be an issue for you, but when you are a person balancing a busy schedule and coming here to improve your health & wellness it has not been a great experience for me due to scheduling /late start problems . I'd understand if I was in a hospital waiting for an exam, but this is a wellness center - they should be able to book accordingly to stay on time!

I was promised that I would receive weight loss medication (phentermine) every month for three months. I received the medication in May, but I have not received Medication for June for which I was promised. I have reached out to the business owner, Denise marsh, who continues to make excuses and not fulfill her promises. I am seeking a refund for the two months membership that I have not received medication for. I reached out to Denise Marsh via text and phone and, even though she has responded, no resolution such as a pro rated refund has taken place. I have asked for her to send me their refund policy, but I have not received that communication. She claims that they do not offer refunds, but that was never communicated when I first signed up on May 7, 2024.
