I'm a coffee girl, but I'm trying not to drink as much. It was recommended that I try the Caramel Latte. While coffee can be added I opted not to. When I say I'm hooked!!! Not only was it great tasting it was filling. This is definitely a great meal replacement option. They also give you a cup of tea with your protein shake, however I've yet to have room for the tea after drinking the shake. I'm kinda a creature of habit so the Caramel Latte has become my go to, but they have LOTS of options to choose from.

I got tea for an energy boost with raspberry and pomegranate and aloe...sorry I don't remember the name of it but they have an ingredient list so you can find it. My son also got a fuzzy naval tea to help with digestion. All the drinks tasted great!! The store is very clean and has ample space if you want to drink your beverage there. The shake is a meal replacement and he said it worked for him. He wasn't hungry afterwards. We will definitely be back. Nice to see some keto friendly places around!!

Great service offerings, higher end pricing. Caring practitioners. NO RESPECT FOR MY PERSONAL…read moreTIME. Every service I've had has started VERY late- anywhere from 10 min late to 40 min late. I work extremely hard & I have to take time off work to go here during their opening hours....and 5 out of 6 visits have not started on time - more than 30 min late. I came back so many times bc you pay 100% up front, so I'm using up my pre-paid services but I will not be back unless a serious effort is made to stay on time & respect my time and money. It's a shame because they do offer unique services that are hard to find in Cleveland area. Today they are training a new person so due to that I was started 30 min late & I was not asked if I was ok with someone training during an intimate treatment! It's unprofessional- I understand people need to learn, but at the very least I should have been notified or possibly offered a discount for the inconvenience it caused to start so late. If you are a person that has tons of free time then this may not be an issue for you, but when you are a person balancing a busy schedule and coming here to improve your health & wellness it has not been a great experience for me due to scheduling /late start problems . I'd understand if I was in a hospital waiting for an exam, but this is a wellness center - they should be able to book accordingly to stay on time!
