Dr. Bowersox is fine and spends quality time with you, however his staff seems overwhelmed, are often rude, and the process to schedule an appointment is absolutely nonsense.
Instead of being able to schedule an appointment in a fair amount time, one has to wait 5-6wks if lucky for a f/u, yet he wants to see you in 3wks. Really? His staff says that they have same day appointments, but you have to call at 8pm sharp as, "it's first come first serve!" Even If you call at the end of the day, for the next day, they won't put you in, when there are openings, oh they'll tell you about them yet not schedule you?!!! How asinine, and inefficient.
While most Dr.'s do leave time available for emergencies or same day appointments, normally it's a routine, like the last couple hrs., not random times throughout the day like him. Why make it so difficult? There's no reason for this chaos, when there are openings for returning patients that need immediate attention. Unfortunately, this is how he choses to run his practice, and I will be finding a new doctor after putting up with the nonsense for years.....
