Dr. Schnell is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and extremely thorough with his exams. His office is smaller than average, but it's organized and clean (I brought a book with me, since all offices don't currently carry magazines, (there's no way to sanitize them properly, due to this whole virus ruckus.) His staff is polite and thorough, plus his wife also works with him. I made an appointment roughly 3 weeks in advance, because he's busier than usual, again-due to panicking patients complaining about everything.

So why the 4 stars and not 5? His staff. They are semi-pleasant in person but completely unprofessionally rude over the phone. It's gotten to the point where we don't want to see Dr. Bowersox anymore because dealing with the staff is so terrible.

I could take pain killers, sleep aids, and more just to function. Pill popping isn't my thing so I did some research and found out about the Bowersox Protocol, an all natural, homeopathic supplement based fibromyalgia treatment plan. I was on the protocol for 3 months and it drastically improved my fibromyalgia. It immediately help my stomach issues, and I was able to get more sleep than I'd gotten in ages. I'm not in constant pain anymore and I really feel like I've gotten my life back. Although Dr. Bowersox specializes in treating fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, he can treat just about anything with homeopathic medicine. I'd highly recommend seeing Dr. Bowersox if you're tired of the traditional medicine run around and are seeking out more natural methods of treatment. And if you have fibro, you MUST see him because you'll feel SO much better.

During the annual check ups Dr. Cirino takes time to talk to me and to actually discuss what I am doing and what I need to know. His staff is very good at doing any extra diagnostic testing such as EKGs. My prior primary care doctor was a bit difficult for me; he had different patient tiers with extra charges to provide additional services. This became an issue when I needed my regular long term prescription renewed, I either had to pay an additional fee or come in for an additional visit. Dr. Cirino's office has handled prescription renewals with little fuss and no additional cost. I have been very happy with Dr. Cirino as my primary care doctor. I will say when I first came in to this practice I was very pleased and impressed with the care I…read morereceived. I've been a patient for a while now, with that being said I arrived home last night from the west coast to find a very offensive letter in the mail waiting for me. This letter is telling me that I've missed multiple and multiple appointments, and that if I don't want to really be there I don't have to so they will stop seeing me! I must say I'm glad that this dentist is showing his true colors! The fact that letter was not entirely true but also the maturity of it was ridiculous! Technically the entire time I have been with this dentist I have missed two appointments one being I was on the international trip, the second was at the end of last month. I had an appointment for a cleaning and I was eight minutes behind schedule because of traffic on SomCenter Road when I arrived I can feel the attitude from one receptionist in particular they took me back did x-rays but did not do the cleaning because and I quote I was eight minutes late and they only have 45 minutes with me so I said no problem I will be back the following week to get my cleaning done and I also had a small cavity. Well I have just received horrible news that there was a death in my immediate family I took off did not think about canceling this appointment because as any normal human being that would be the last thing on their mind! So again I find it very rude and offensive to have such a nasty derogatory letter in my now waiting for my arrival after a week and a half of hell that I have been through. And by the way I have even paid for my services before I left the office building to take care of the cavity and it will not be fixed by this dentist as he made it clear he does not want me as a patient which is totally fine! Again he comes off as a great doctor to begin with but just make sure nothing happens in your life that you can't control and be sure no matter what to give them a call even if it's a life changing experience happening in your life you must call them or you will get a nasty letter and they will turn on you like you were just the person from the streets. All of you at that practice should be ashamed of yourself! And look how he tries to blast me out for speaking the truth! BTW DR. Stern you don't have my permission to talk about details out certain visits! HIPPA Buddy! You can say what You wish but don't you EVER talk about my visits! You're clearly one liar! It's funny how you say I've missed multiple appointments! Why don't you be real and tell people how you and your staff really are! Assholes!
