Every encounter with the front desk and massage therapists left me feeling relaxed and like I got what I needed. I loved that the therapists were very knowledgeable about prenatal massages and I got a great massage/pressure. We also reached out to them for information about birth doulas, and we connected with Risa. Risa was incredibly helpful during our prenatal and labor times and as an outreach in postpartum. Being first-time parents, we had open conversations about what to expect with birth which helped us shape our preferences while knowing things could change at any time; they provided an incredible opportunity for us to ask questions and talk through concerns as we came closer to our due date; and when it came time for delivery, we knew exactly how to contact Risa and be sure of what we needed. At the hospital, having her by our side helped immensely through her vast knowledge and expertise. Risa kept us calm and ready with a positive, upbeat energy and helped navigate obstacles with our medical team as they came up and checked in with us postpartum to see how we were adjusting.
