They had an annoyed tone and hang up on me because I politely expressed my concerns in the way I was handled, and it was quite shocking. I would have chosen a different time if it did not work or possibly gone somewhere else if I did not falsely believe I had an appointment for 2 weeks. I own a health care business myself, and could not imagine giving this poor level of customer service, and expecting to grow with new clients. I understand human error may happen, but there are proper ways to handle them that do not include blowing someone off and expressing blatant disregard and apathy to the situation.
It is actually incredible how rude and uncaring the people on the phone were in handling a new patient. They literally hung up on me when I called to see why they canceled my appointment over a voicemail, that I made 2 weeks out, the day before I was scheduled. They said it was their error for overbooking and with an annoyed tone said do you want to re-schedule or not. I was not satisfied because I am very busy and I waited 2 weeks for an appointment that worked with my busy schedule while stopping lifting to rest my shoulder that I have concerns with. They waited to the last moment to even alert me they would not honor my appointment commitment. read more
