Anne was amazing. As soon as I messaged her, she already had a plan to get a detailed look into how my body functioned and what issues we could be dealing with, with a blood work order. She was able to read the bloodwork and get me the solutions that were needed. And this was all through text! Very shortly after, I actually found out that I was pregnant and if I hadn't went to her, I would've never know the medication and supplements I actually needed to sustain my pregnancy. Currently almost 15 weeks pregnant today and I am very thankful that I messaged Anne. I never got the chance to meet her in person but I know she is a woman who knows what she is doing. read more

Anne has changed everything about the way I look at my health as she has enabled me to have all of the knowledge and answers I have been seeking for years!!! Anne takes the time to analyze my labs and she goes more in depth than any doctor I have ever seen. She is above and beyond, truly cares, and is essentially a guardian angel in my health journey as she educates me on how to make the best choices for my goals and health. She has made acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine beyond accessible for me. I am truly inspired by her gift for what she does. I highly recommend Anne and her beautifully bright, clean, and plant-filled office! read more

I don't usually give shout-outs like this, but when someone goes above and beyond (especially in such a deeply personal and important journey). I have to share! If you're navigating IVF or facing any fertility challenges, I highly recommend Anne at Cleveland Acupuncture. Her care is not just clinical, it's intuitive, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand your whole body, your whole story, and it shows in every treatment. Anne has been a steady, healing presence for me through this process, and I truly believe her support is making a difference. If you're looking for someone who really gets it and who will walk beside you every step of the way, she's your person. Fertility warriors don't walk this path alone. read more

Last year my husband and I started trying for a baby. We got pregnant right away but unfortunately it was too good to be true. After a few hard weeks and no explanation from my doctor besides it just happens, I decided to have a few basic fertility tests done because of my age. After those came back clear the fertility specialist said to try one more time on our own before she started me on fertility drugs and because of my age 39, she suggested we be aggressive with the drugs. Not wanting to do that, I decided to try acupuncture first. A lot of people I've met use acupuncture as a last resort to help with fertility but I decided to flip it and take a more holistic approach to getting my body prepared for a pregnancy. My husband agreed to go with me and we met with Anne for a consultation. I instantly loved her for her no non-sense approach, she doesn't sugarcoat anything and gives it to you straight, which I truly appreciate. During our consultation she went through all of my lab work and tests from my doctors, explained and pointed out the good things and what we needed to work on that could've led to the miscarriage. This is something neither my OBGYN or fertility specialist did. We also went through my diet, she made suggestions on things to eat and supplements to take. She really educated my husband and I on what to do to help get our body's in the best shape possible to conceive. After getting a few things in place, I did three months of acupuncture with her, once a week. She recommended after three months that we start trying and on our first try we were lucky enough to conceive! I am just starting my 2nd trimester and so far so good. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Anne and her guidance. She checks in regularly with me to make sure all is good. She's a wonderful advocate to have in your corner while you are trying to conceive. I would recommend her 100 times over and would be happy to connect with anyone who would like to hear more about my experience. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Anne has the WORST bedside manner I've ever had to deal with. I've been going through infertility issues for almost four years, been to multiple clinics in multiple states, and am fully aware of my condition and exactly why I cannot conceive. My husband and I decided to move forward with an egg donor, but figured we'd seek one more option while waiting to save for egg donation, which is why we reached out to Anne. After providing my medical history and exchanging a few emails, I asked how to move forward and this is the response I received: "Its pretty clear you need a lot more information before I'd ge willibg to work with you. You really dont have a clue and if you dont get smart about this quickly, it will break you. I'm going to tell you the truth and not sugar coat anything. Your AMH is already very low. You need to respect the labs and act on them." My jaw dropped to the floor when I read this. I went into exploring acupuncture hoping for a positive outcome, but just got a slap in the face. I DEFINITELY don't recommend to anyone who is already going through severe emotional stress of trying to conceive. read more

It is hard to put into words just how much Anne has helped me. My husband and I have had a very tumultuous fertility journey, but she made the end of that journey easy and smooth. I only wish we would have found her earlier! After many years of infertility treatments, and multiple rounds of IVF to make and bank embryos, we were finally at the last step - embryo transfer. It is at that time I decided to contact a specialist to help ensure my uterine lining was perfect. And that's when I found Anne. From the first appointment, I knew that she was a perfect fit - knowledgeable, dedicated, passionate, and patient-focused. The intake appointment was a couple hours long! She wanted the full, detailed story and all the information in order to make a proper "diagnosis" and decide the best course of action for treatment. It was so incredibly refreshing. After that, we developed a plan of attack. She asked for a calendar and was able to review everything and added her suggestions along with her acupuncture sessions. Throughout the process, I had access to her at any time of day! She is always available to answer questions via text or a phone call. I have never had anyone so dedicated to their job and their patients in my entire fertility journey...and I have been to multiple clinics and have seen many doctors. My lining looked amazing for our embryo transfers, and Anne was so reassuring and confident throughout the process! I finally felt like I had someone "in charge" who cared just as much as my husband and me. Working with her has been a dream - you aren't just getting an acupuncturist...you are getting so much more. My only regret, as I mentioned before, is that I wish I would have found her sooner. I am convinced that we would not have suffered through multiple IVF rounds if I had found her at that stage. My husband and I are so very grateful for her guidance and specialized treatment - without her, we would not have had such great success. We cannot thank her enough! read more

It sounds cliche to say the first appointment with Anne changed my life but it actually did! I went seeking help for lethargy, weight gain, and general blah feeling. My traditional doctor wanted to prescribe anti-depressants. In my first meeting I learned I was eating a "cancer diet" and completely wrong for my body! I threw away my Diet Coke and I've never looked back. Anne is a caring, generous and professional caregiver. She wants everyone to live a full and healthy life. read more

I came to Anne hoping for relief from shoulder pain (desk job). From the moment I walked in, Anne was warm and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and how/why I was in pain. Before the treatment, Anne showed me exercises I can do at home to help strengthen my back. The actual acupuncture treatment was painless! Anne modified the treatment for my body type so I would get the most benefit. She also used a painless Lazer on my neck and shoulders to reduce inflammation. Anne made me feel comfortable right from the start. I felt immediate relief as soon as I sat up on the table. I am now using the special tape she recommended to help with my posture and spinal alignment. I highly recommend!! read more

I highly recommend Anne if your wanting to try a more natural approach to healing your infertility naturally. My husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility in 2016 and we went through a miscarriage, 3 IUI's and 1 failed IVF in 2 years. I felt defeated, mentally and emotionally drained, and did not enjoy the medicine that I was on so I decided to research a more natural approach, that is when I found Anne. My husband and I met her and we hit it off. She is very warm, caring, funny and supportive. She truly made us feel at ease. During my first appointment she spent several hours asking about my situation and my medical/reproductive system history. She was able to identify the issues that I was having and provided me with an herbal regimen as well as acupuncture therapy tailored to my needs. She did a wonderful job of educating me about exactly what my body needed in order to conceive as well as sustain a pregnancy. We started my acupuncture treatments in September 2018 and by November 2018 I was ovulating again after months of nothing. From the very beginning, we felt we were always given the time and attention we needed, the details to each step of the process, the financial breakdowns, etc... we had no surprises and were fully prepared to start this new journey. Anne took so much of her time to explain everything to my husband and me. Anne went through my BBT charts in each session in great detail and told me the most probable days of conceiving. Anne substantially increased our awareness of factors that could influence our infertility issues. I made some recommended changes by Anne to my diet, started taking recommended vitamins and started seeing her weekly. My husband also made changes to his diet and took vitamins upon Anne's recommendations. In January 2019 we got the news that we are expecting. I was scared of miscarrying again, but Anne kept me positive. She conducted all my test before my first OBGYN appointment, so that we could be at ease. I truly recommend anyone who is facing Infertility to give Cleveland Acupuncture a try. Words can't describe how amazing and how caring a human being she is. I can't thank her enough for all of her efforts in making my dream come true! I'm now 12 weeks pregnant!!!! My miracle baby is on the way and I feel so blessed that I found her. Anne, you are a humanitarian, a caregiver and amazing an person! Thank you, always! read more

Anne is one of a kind. She is amazing and truly gifted. She takes the time to really support and discuss all aspects of your health. My husband and I were lost with unexplained infertility. Within 6 weeks, 1 cycle we were pregnant. I carried a full term healthy baby boy who is now 4 years old. We are in contact with her again, and will be seeking her services for baby #2 since I'm experiencing secondary infertility. I recommend her constantly to many experiencing the same issues my husband and I have. read more

My husband and I are both older and were not sure what we were facing when it came to fertility. We began working with Anne, because she came highly recommended by several other couples. Anne was tough, but fair, she goes beyond the role of a traditional acupuncturist, focusing on whole health. She changed our diets, added supplements, and also helped us manage the stress of the process. It didn't happen overnight, but 6 months later we are pregnant and excitedly expecting a little boy in September. We are grateful for Anne's guidance and support and highly recommend her to any couple at any age thinking of starting a family! read more

What a great experience. Anne really took the time to explain what she was doing, and the science behind it. Her knowledge of the craft is far beyond what I was used to. I'd never known the difference between Chinese and Japanese needles. She took the time to explain it to me, the benefits of when to use one or the other. Very sweet disposition and caring nature. You can tell she really cares. read more

Absolutely the best most personalized care I've had in years. So glad my husband found Anne Kinchen for me in Yelp. We recently moved from the San Francisco Bay Area and I was worried about finding alternative care for my sciatic and beck injuries but Anne haskum a ton of tools in her are arsenal, truly cares about her individual patients needs and an engaging personality. read more

Anne Kinchen is a fantastic acupuncturist who helped me regain mobility when I broke my elbow and developed a lot of scar tissue. I went through months of physical therapy and two surgeries, but it was Anne who helped me break through some of the final problems and regain 15 degrees of further motion. I recommend her to everyone I know! read more

I owe such a huge gratitude of thanks to Anne Kinchen in helping me achieve my very first pregnancy, naturally, after 2 years of infertility. I had been receiving acupuncture at another hospital associated care provider prior to Anne and was seeing good improvements in my cycle overall, but I never fell pregnant. I felt like they didn't have a plan of attack and weren't personally involved in my journey as much as I wanted or needed. I would just go in, ask a few questions, have treatment, and leave. They followed a similar model to most care providers in hospital systems and that just wasn't working for me. I needed more personalized treatment. I started seeing Anne 1 week before ovulation and saw her for a total of 3-4 treatments. I fell pregnant my first month seeing her. Anne changed up my vitamin protocol, encouraged a few dietary changes, and more importantly gave me the confidence in myself. What's different about Anne, you might think? Her customized plan was all based upon my BBT and she could see the issues immediately since I had charted for 4 months prior to seeing her. She read the chart like it was music. It was amazing to watch and she just knew what to do, based on years in the business. This gave me the confidence in her because my situation was not unique, she had seen plenty of women like me before. Anne was always available via email and responded super quickly. When offering vitamin suggestions, she sent you the physical link on Amazon, how easy is that? If you are tired of the institutional run around, go see Anne. She will hit you with some hard hitting information that might make your head spin at first, but it really will work if you stick with it. She has a wall of babies in her office. Does your current practitioner have that? Ask yourself why you're waiting and make an appointment to see her! read more

While Anne has a lot of good knowledge and certainly knows her stuff but her attitude is terrible. When dealing with infertility patients, she is quite negative and doesn't promote positivity which is vital when dealing with such an emotional issue. She has a know it all attitude and doesn't know how her words affect people. The infertility circle is small around town and there are many people and practitioners that have had a negative experience with Anne. She has lost many, many patients and I wonder if she even knows why. There are many practitioners in town that can help you and they are much kinder. read more

I have been working with Anne for PCOS and infertility. She is very knowledgeable and has been a huge help in educating me to advocate for myself with doctors. I've also seen improvements in my symptoms such as acne and irregular cycles. read more

My husband and I have been going to Ann since the inception of her practice. She has assisted us in a myriad of medical issues through the years. Ann is extremely knowledgeable and competent. We go to her for twice yearly tune-ups to keep our mental and physical being in balance. We have recommended Ann to many friends and co-workers for various medical ailments and the results have always been remarkable. read more

Ann Kinchen saved my pregnancy. I was seeing her for knee pain, but also happened to be pregnant. I was experiencing some bleeding and cramping and mentioned it to Ann. She urged me to get several blood tests done, and sure enough I was extremely progesterone deficient. Even though I had some trouble conceiving my second son and went into preterm labor with my first son, no one had ever talked to me about progesterone deficiency. Ann's guidance allowed me to find out what my problem was and start progesterone supplementation, which is the reason I have a healthy 3 week old as I type this. I will FOREVER be indebted to Ann for her help. She is one of the most knowledgeable and caring health professionals I have ever come into contact with. I can't recommend her enough for those struggling with fertility or pain issues! read more

I should start this review by saying we welcomed a beautiful, healthy, happy baby boy into this world in June 2017...that is the most important part of this paragraph!!! I sought Anne's assistance in June of 2016, after my aunt recommended her. Before "actively trying" to get pregnant I took a very proactive approach and began by spending the previous year getting my body prepared (I was 38 at the time and delivered my baby three weeks before I turned 40). I emailed Anne and set up a fertility consultation appointment, since I live in Vegas but was visiting family in Ohio, and sent her all my bloodwork before we met. We reviewed all my information at the consult appointment with NO acupuncture, because I live out of town. She suggested additional bloodwork to be done by my primary physician, added additional supplements, directed me to stop drinking, etc. I then went home and followed her instructions, implemented her suggestions, and four months later successfully became pregnant. I followed up with her occasionally throughout the pregnancy and sought her advice regarding labor/delivery as well. I can honestly say she possesses a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help her clients! Thank you Anne...I am grateful for all you did to help us bring our little one into existence!!! read more
