If you have no problems I'm sure you would be happy with them but a year after surgery I am in more pain than when I started and I feel I was an inconvenience to them and will never return. I just hope I can get some help so my life can return to a near normal. read more

So 3 months I went to urgent care since my right knee was really hurting me. They took an xrsy and stronger aspirin. They gave me a paper with knee specialists. Thr next day I went to work, and my knee started popping out of place. I ended up leaving work. When I came home I called and made an appointment for the next morning. We get there I checked in, and 20 minutes later I get called back. I go back, and wait for doctor frames. He comes in, and asks me what's going on, and I tell him. He touches my right knee, and tells me it's a weak muscle, and I need therapy. He wasn't in the room for even 2 minutes. The physical therapist who he sent me to even said there was something Wong. Well I ended up going through university hospital. My knee specialist told me she wanted me to get an mri. The day we found the results of my mri. I found out that my meniscus, and acl were torn, and I needed surgery. Personally dr frames needs to lose his license, and get his tittle ripped away. He still charged us, but since we went someone else we didn't need to pay that bill. read more

The office staff here is rude. Had no issues with the surgeon, but really find it hard to deal with staff that are this unpleasant. The front window staff and the individuals who answer the phone act like you are bothering them, treat you like a child and talk over you. Since my appointments lasted all of three to five minutes with the doctor each time and the time I spent having to communicate with the office staff was quadruple that, I will take my healthcare business to another orthopaedic office for surgical procedures. NO NEED to put up being treated like a child. I would be horrified if my staff treated my patients this way. read more

Dr. Lupcia is the very best Doc I have been to in a very long time. He was extremely knowledgeable and did very well at explaining things so I could understand him. I would highly recommend him to anyone that asked me. I called them to make an appointment and got me in the same day. read more

Today 7-7-2016 I called the office to make an appointment to see a Doctor due to debilitating Orthopedic diseases and because Dr. Combs was my Surgeon for my ACL tear and did a great job I wanted to return to him or one of his other doctors on staff. Well I could not make an appointment until a past bill was taken care of of $150.00 from back in 2002.. I told them there should not be any bill owed because it was a Workmans Comp. Claim and I should not have paid for anything... She stated it was sent to Wrk.Comp. but it was denied.. Now I know how much Dr. Combs made. On my surgery and it was well over $20,000 that was paid in full and I'm sure what happened was they billed at a later date thus they denied the $150.00 checkup.. So now I have to suffer or look for a new Surgical Doctor because of greed.. Shame on Lake Orthopedic Associates in Mentor and Willoughby Ohio.. I have to have a total of 3 surgeries in the next year and Rehab and I'm sure you greedy people would have a lot more then $150.00 off me and my insurance company...
