I live in a home with 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. I shopped around for a water softener for over…read more6 months and interviewed maybe 6 companies with concern of sufficient water pressure, water/salt efficiency, and cost of the system. My final selection was Simplisoft Water Systems and I'm glad I selected this company. Mark was very patient with me through out the the whole process. I called him maybe 5+ times asking him various questions and he explained everything to me in details. He made sure I was comfortable with the system before I made my final decision. We also had some txt message exchange and emails hahah. (Note...I contacted him. He wasn't trying to pressure me for my business.) I have used the water softer for almost 2 months. It's a great system. It uses an upflow technology to help save water during the regeneration process. Which is a plus because I'm a green person. The house's water is softer!! Less water stains, softer hair and skin and safe to drink. There is a slight drop in water pressure after I turn on 7 faucets all at one time but water flow is still good. Prices wise....he is very reasonable and you will get a great system! Thanks Mark. This company is recommended and I will refer my family and friends.

Jordan also gave us information about our options should we move within Texas or out of state. The installation technician, Oscar, arrived with our system later in the evening. Again very efficient work, it didn't take even an hour for Oscar to install everything.
