I hope they ask town council for an amendment to get a boundary change for the DORA right away. Hopefully being in DORA would help move their license app to be approved. IMO there's nothing better than a good Margarita with my Mex or with today's to go changes, to have a treat at home. I wish there would be room for a nice patio there too lol! I'm so glad someone took a chance and opened Mexican food in town! I'm finding it hard to get excited about the new places popping up around here--it feels like they're all just trying to be the next burger joint, wing spot, or deep-fryer obsessed. He also wasn't able to return to check on our meals. We had seven couples and specifically indicated who was together while ordering, so we naturally assumed the orders were being separated. Our bill was around $1,200, with couples spending anywhere from approximately $90 to $250, so simply dividing the total among several cards wasn't a practical solution. Had we been told about the policy before ordering, we absolutely could have planned accordingly. We understand that separating a large check after the fact can be difficult, but since the policy wasn't communicated to us beforehand, we felt the right thing to do would have been to make an exception rather than leaving our group to sort out the bill at the end of the evening.
