Found this place on Yelp and decided to swing by. They accept card BUT wasn't notified they apply a service fee. I paid cash one time and then noticed the price was different when I paid card since I didn't have cash on me that day. Would be nice to post a sign or let the customer know there will be a service charge. This way me or other customers can remember to bring cash next time. Aside from the payment, it's quick and easy to get your refills. No fuss and parking is plenty!

This means the filters were never actually filtering water from the time the system was installed. Leaving the filters wrapped completely defeats the purpose of the RO system and potentially exposes to untreated water while giving a false sense of safety. This is a serious installation error. Most customers would never think to open the housings to check, so this could easily go unnoticed until time for replacement. I have photo documentation clearly showing the filters still wrapped in plastic inside the housings. And Awni, I know what I am talking about.

A few times she caught me while I was leaving and walking back to my car because her shop was closed. She told me that I could always call her and she would come over from where ever she is. At that point though, she needs to realize that people will not be willing to just call her because they are not going to wait around for her to get back to her own shop when they need water and have their own schedules to follow. It's hard for me to write this because she is a very sweet and helpful lady, who will actually help you put water in your bottles and cap them for you. But because she consistently is not at her own shop when there are multiple people waiting outside, I think she has to change her ways before people stop coming to her shop. I think her shop is the best to buy water gear though. She has water jugs, water containers, and water stands, among other things that she sells. She also sells them at reasonable prices, some of them even better than the prices you can find online. We purchased all of the above mentioned things for our friends as their housewarming gift and they loved it. I like this store but I just wish she either was at her store more consistently or hired someone else to be there on time and/or until the store closes.
