He was prompt in responding to our call, and quick in coming out to review the situation and give an estimate. His prices were very reasonable, and he was diligent in coming out to measure for the liner and arranging for installation. He also coordinated effectively with the water delivery business, saving us from having to make these arrangements ourselves. In addition to his consistently fine work, Alex was impressive in his frequent communication with us about the steps he was taking throughout the project, a quality much less evident (sadly) this day and age. His work ethic, commitment to excellence, and determination to get the job done within a reasonable time frame make him stand far above many of the other pool businesses we have worked with locally, over the 27 years we have owned our pool. We have no reservations about recommending his business, and we certainly will be working only with him for any future needs for our pool!

Unfortunately, you requested us not to contact you at all making it difficult to deliver you successfully. I'm sorry that you feel that we operate our business "in the stone age" but it has worked for us for over the past 30 years. I hope you had success in finding a new supplier that you can communicate with 100% digitally with no human interaction involved. Have a great day! The problem with this is that he doesn't have a person to answer the phones, and when they call back i was usually sleeping, Not to mention that the driver when he does show up is very rude! I did find another supplier that is not using outdated technology, and they are very pleasant to talk to, and their drivers are very attentive to their customers, unlike this company. So yes I am having a very great day now!
