Do not recommend this place. We came in with a baseball team to eat in between games. We came in with 11 players and their parents. It took over 15 minutes to get drinks, food took a too long and some of our players had to take it to go. Food came out wrong. We only had one waitress waiting on us. Then they sat her 2 more tables. While we watched 2-3 other waitresses standing around. Very poorly ran restaurant. read more

Pretty solid bar. I come here frequently since we live so close and its one of the few places to eat that's open past 10. In the summer, my friends and I like to come here for lunch and drinks after horseback riding at a nearby barn. The restaurant is clean and they have ample room. It's a great place to hang out with friends for some casual eats. Service is always good. They have awesome burgers and fresh potato chips, but everything else is standard bar food. Their chicken wings are decent-- wish they were crispier though. Soups are ok. I really like fried cauliflower but theirs is heavily breaded. They have a good sampler platter of fried food, but I'm not a big fan of cheese curds and fried mushrooms anyway, so I'm a terrible judge. The nachos are quite good but HUGE, even the half order. I've also had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and that's ok. Tater tots and fries are standard. Good choice if you're nearby and looking for somewhere to eat and drink. read more

A co-worker recommended this place so we ordered take out and the fries were under cooked/soggy, ordered boneless wings and got wings with bones, got a ton of chips with a tiny portion of the artichoke dip which looked and tasted a couple days old, and to top it off our prime rib sandwich had a hair in it. My only regret is not taking a picture of the 1/2 order of chicken nachos. The staff warned me that they would be large, but nothing could prepare me for the size of these nachos. Wow. I do wish they had a little more chicken. I did like that the nachos came with jalapeños, black olives, onions, and an assortment of cheeses. Sour cream came on the side along with salsa. Our group was here as part of a Christmas party and took up the back room. My wife ordered the chicken fingers and fries which she said were decent. We also opted in on the cheese curds which I think are excellent. The servers were attentive and personal which was nice. I did see several people ordering burgers and they said they were tasty. I did glance down at the live music lineup and noticed they had some excellent local artists. I might be back to check out Chris Shelton. I've heard him play elsewhere and he was great. Had an impromptu night out for dinner...The Warehouse was convenient. Waited in the entryway for a few minutes to be seated. That's when we were approached by the young girl with strawberry colored hair pulled back in a pony tail. She said "how many?" I responded "2." She then proceeded to grab 2 menus and walk away. She didn't say "follow me" or anything. I trailed behind her after I realized maybe I was supposed to follow her. She set the menus in the table and she was outta there before we even arrived. I've never seen someone look so put off by having to do their job. She was bussing a table and while walking back to the kitchen a gentleman got in front of her and he was walking slower than her desired pace. She rolled her eyes because of the slow pace she was forced to walk. The food was good...it came out timely. The female waitress with the long hair and the sleeve tattoo was great. She was friendly and checked on us often. My advice to you would be to hire a more welcoming person to work at your front door, it would benefit your business. read more

When we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice young girl and seated. That's where things went downhill, fast! We waited at least 12-15 min's prior to asking for a server. To which we received "Let me check". Couple minutes later same server comes back and says, "she'll be right over it's her first day". "Great, no problem". I waited tables and tended bar all through college, and a few years after so I can appreciate being new. Especially since the place was at a pretty high capacity. The server comes over a few mins later and in an incredibly condescending tone says, "hello, thank you so much for being patient", and asks what we'd like to drink. Of course, her fellow server told her we'd asked for her. The delivery wasn't lost by any of us in the party. I ask if we can just order everything. She takes our order and comes back with my spouses salad and refills his drink. Our food comes out in a timely manner, at which point she never returns to check on us, but assists in cleaning a table which isn't hers directly in front of us. When we are finished with our less than mediocre food, and no refills the rest of the meal, (I had the chicken Philly, the cheese was melted on 1/2 my sandwich, my fries were undercooked, my spouses chicken breast was incredibly dry, my mom's food however, was the best thing received, I'll give credit where credit is due), she comes over and asks if we're doing alright. We're finished. Our bill comes out and everything is at least $2+ more than the menu price. We ask about it, "let me go check with the owner". She comes back and says "because of the price of food going up our prices have raised but we haven't updated our menus". My spouse relays a message of disappointment regarding not being notified in advance, however, expresses he understands and we'll pay for it. However, due to the lack of communication and poor service, we won't be returning and please relay to your owner that she lost business from someone moving in within walking distance of the establishment. The owner conveniently comes over to clean our table as the waitress walks away and the short interaction explains EVERYTHING in the behavior of her staff. Her body language right off the bat was extremely unapproachable and she wasn't interested in anything we had to say, with a rebuttal of excuses. Her hostess is on day 2, and she forgot to tell us about the increase, but continues to refer to a 1/2 piece of paper laying on the edge of our table. Surely she didn't expect us to magically know that refers to the price increase? However, quite the contrary, she did! I won't pretend to remember verbatim but the main thing that set both of us off was extremely close to; "you don't have any idea of how my world works". Prior to this, when I was talking her continued smirks of dissatisfaction in any kind of constructive criticism explained everything. Especially if she's the one training. Except quite the contrary to her jabs. Between the two of us we have close to 40 years of management experience, where we had anywhere from 12 to over 30 direct reports, which were front line, also. The owners behavior reflects 100% on the behavior of her staff. The kicker, she walked away in mid sentence when I was talking to her! Again, solidifying the "training" her staff received was on par with all attitudes and behaviors. This was our first and last visit. It was a disgusting encounter at best! She should be ashamed in her behavior. Unfortunately, they have very little competition in the area and people will continue to go to the establishment, I just hope others don't receive the horrible behaviors and treatments we received. The area is growing and there's no doubt that when competition arrives, they will either have to change their attitudes and behaviors or they'll go under, fast!! read more

Visited The Warehouse for the first time for dinner and drinks. Love love the cheese curds even though I can the exact same ones at many other resturant, they are definitly my 'go to' so I was excited to see them on the menu. The menu was a bit overwhelming with all the options, but after our appitizer, I decided on a mushroom swiss burger and my husband and his friend split a meat pizza (so much sauce). Both were good, but nothing to special that we would come back for. We also had a couple pitchers of Mich Ultra, they were $10 which is a bit pricy compared to many other bars. The tv's were a bit odd for a sports bar too... a few small ones and then a large one over the bar area. So basically if you are coming in to watch a game, you would want to sit at the bar. I'm sure we will eventually come back, but there wasn't anything special enough that will be dragging us in soon. read more

I prefer The Warehouse in its current location than the previous one. When I arrived, the place was packed but we only had to wait a couple of minutes for a table. The server was friendly. The beer selection while limited was decent. I'd estimate that they had 5-6 taps including Blue Moon, Boulevard, and Nebraska Brewing Brunette Nut Brown. The menu was fairly large with the standards you'd expect to find at a small town restaurant. I opted for the double BLT and tots which were seasoned. Both were tasty. I'll head back to The Warehouse again sometime. read more

Great spot for bar food and cheap drinks! Hard to put it up against fine dining, but this is a place to get comfort food, enjoy a beverage, and watch a game. I had the "Chicken Fried Steak Burrito." It was HUGE and delicious. I highly recommend. Big enough for two meals. Also an order of Teriyaki wings hat were crispy and tasty (I look forward to trying more flavors). Last item was an order of fried gizzards that were O.K., but not something I would get again. The servers were polite and there was plenty of staff working to keep wait times low and your drinks full. I will surely be back again soon! read more

A gem just a little north of Omaha. Living at 150th between Maple and Fort makes me want to be a regular at this place regardless if we're outside Bennington limits. Great food with an even better variety. Came in on Thursday night since nothing at home sounded good. Ahi Tuna Steak and the Down N Dirty Burger we would both order again! That's the range of food you can get at this place and it's all done well. We will definitely be back to try the wings and pizza. But from salads to burritos and chicken to nachos they have everything, and lots of it. As well as cheap drinks all around! Arrived a few days ago, from the Washington, D.C. area, visiting family. I ordered the the Harvest Soup; delish, better than Panera!!! The soup is thick and has many layers of flavor. Been here several times now and the food is pretty good. I'd say pretty much regular bar food but always has been pretty tasty. I would not recommend the fried tacos tho as they fell apart at first bite so I did have a nice taco salad out of it. Pizza is always good just make sure to tell them to go light on the sauce and make it extra crispy and it comes out great. Burgers are good, ruebens are good too. Service usually solid. I would have gone with a 4 rating except the draft beer selection is pretty lame unless you like the regular culprits like coors, bud etc. My only thought for the owners was that last night was getting crowded with tables of 2-4 people and they had three large tables set up for groups. We heard the waitress tell the customers that she couldn't separate the tables to make smaller sittings. Why wouldn't you cater to the people that were there instead of hoping to fill larger tables? Great food and service with a down home feel. Greatest chicken gizzards you will ever have and awesome double bubble drink specials. They get some really good musicians on the weekends. Recently moved to Bennington and started with takeout from The Warehouse. Love the onion rings! Fries are good too. We order the pizza a few times a month and my wife is a fan of the salad with the Italian dressing. Going to try other things on the menu and find my favorite. A review by one of my 7th grade students Pros -good service -Decent food -Tvs Cons -barebones decor -poor lighting -wait for food I recently went to the Warehouse which is a restaurant located in Bennington. The restaurant specializes in Burgers,chicken wings and such. I feel like the restaurant can be a little expensive but most of the time it is reasonably priced for the food,service and atmosphere. We arrived around 6:30 last Tuesday and were immediately greeted by a friendly server who seated us right away. Our orders were taken fairly quickly. I ordered the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. After a wait that took just a little too long considering the small crowd we received our food. The food was what you expect from a place like the Warehouse, what you see is what get. My burger was what a BBQ bacon cheeseburger should be and had nothing new interesting about it which isn't necessarily a bad thing. One thing I like about the Warehouse was the amount of TVs showing different sporting events and the sports bar mood of the restaurant. I did dislike how barebones the decor was and how there was a lake of lighting which made it dark. Overall my experience was a positive one even though it had a few blemishes. I would say that I would go back if I was in the area and needed something to eat. I would recommend the Warehouse to anyone looking for decent food and sports. They have a party room that can hold up to 100+ people that you can reserve. They are open Tuesday-Friday from 3pm-6pm and Saturday-Sunday from 11am-5pm. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the kitchen closes at 9pm and just serving drinks. A menu filled with delicious homemade selections ranging from 1/2 lb Angus Burgers, extraordinary Pizza and Jumbo Wings to Premium hand cut NY Strips and Ribeye's. With ENORMOUS nachos and my favorite on the menu called "The Chicky Chicky". On November 12th, 2016, was my birthday and I decided I wanted to go to the Warehouse on 15835 Center West Hadan Dr in Bennington, Nebraska with my family. Not only we lived close but they have good food. It was around 7:30, about a quarter to 8 and they were busy, so I suggest to go an hour before that. I wasn't expecting a line as always because they preserve room pretty well. As soon as we got seated, our waitress gave her name and asked us for drinks and got them in a decent amount of time. When she came back she asked if we were ready to order as she placed our drinks. We needed more time to think so we asked for about 3 more minutes. When she came back it was a few minutes of perfect timing. I got the Chicky Chicky, my mom got a chicken salad, my dad got some wings, and my sister got Mac and Cheese with a side of tater tots off of the kids menu. The Chicky Chicky is chicken that you can get deep fat fried or grilled with mashed potatoes and topped with sour cream gravy. It also comes along with a dinner roll and butter and before you get the main course you have a salad that comes with it, and all of that is only $10. I say that they give a very great serving amount for the amount of food you get. The wings are really good as well. There are different flavors to chose from, but for me I usually get medium for a little flavor and spice at the same time. I suggest you get that if you like that type of sauce on your wings as well. I have had the nachos before and they are really good and you get a great amount of servings. After we were done she asked if we wanted dessert and my family mentioned my birthday so they brought out a birthday brownie on the house. They have really good desserts too. When we were done with the brownie she brought the check. I like this place a lot so I suggest to go there anytime for sports or for your own party and use the party room. It is a great place for a "hangout" with your friends and family. I would definitely give this place 5 out of 5 stars. read more

I had never been there until yesterday. I tried the cheese pizza roll. It was not what I was expecting; it was very saucy. I decided to get it with seasoned fries, they were good but kind of plain. I decided to give The Warehouse another chance. The fixes needed to make this a 3 or 4 star place are very doable. It's clean, the service is good, it looks nice enough for a bar and grill. I'll continue to give The Warehouse chances (partially because I regularly have to kill time in Bennington) and will continue to update this review. The beer selection is still sub-par, but at least they have Sam Adams Oktoberfest as their seasonal beer now. I ordered my burger medium well this time, and it came out well done -- which was better than last time since they cooked it well and it came out dry. The bartender said "she'd try to get it medium well." Not very encouraging. I might order it medium next time and see if it comes out medium well. They had ESPN on this time, so that was nice. This place has such potential -- if the owner is reading this, my two main recommendations are get a small stock of an IPA or American Pale Ale in bottles or cans to supplement your taps. Your craft beer selection is almost non-existent. Lagunitas IPA or Nebraska Brewing Company's Cardinal Pale Ale are both very accessible beers on the hoppier side, but not super hoppy. Having a list of your bottle selection would also be nice so I don't have to keep peering around into the coolers to figure it out. My second recommendation (and probably more important recommendation) is to have your grill cooks re-calibrate their cooking times for the burgers. It seems like they're overcooking them by about a grade (i.e. medium well comes out well done, well done comes out overcooked.) Put in some orders for burgers and see how they taste. Secret shop your food. Getting this up to a consistent 4-star place that holds its own with bar and grills in Omaha is so within your reach! read more

I orderd food from the bar. I seen it come up to be brought out and it took 19 minutes till it was delivered. As you might presume I turned it down . The sad part was the restaurant was not busy and I watched 3 waitresses look at the ticket and did nothing. I have eaten there many times with my family and the service was good at the tables. The owners were there and knew nothing that was going on. I suggest to sit at a table if you eat there. It seems the bartenders are sometimes preoccupied with other things. The restaurant needs better accountability in getting orders out and less jaw jabbering by the waiters. read more

The only reason this place got 2 stars is because our server was fabulous. A friend and I made a first time visit, based on the recommendation of friends in the area. The food was awful. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that had no taste to it. No seasoning and poor quality beef. My friend ordered a grilled chicken sandwich - it was so tough that she had difficulty biting into it so couldn't finish. The ranch dressing needs to be upgraded - odd taste. What bothered me the most was the server said she would have them cook something else but we were ready to go. I was surprised that the server didn't tell the manager about this. While I don't expect compensation, in this case they should have given us something off our ticket. The prices were somewhat high for bar food. Anyway we won't be going back nor give a good recommendation for The Warehouse. I recommend Nate's Stumble Inn if you're in the Bennington area. read more
