I think Kassia abandoned her business and customers. I paid for a service and she has disappeared.

We love Fidos!!!! The best place to board a dog…read more BOOKING/ DROP OFF: Make sure to book in advance because they are popular! When dropping off my dog, they are always so friendly and show us around the facility. They show us where our dog will sleep and where he will play. They answered any questions I had and this made me so comfortable to drop off my puppy! KENNELS: The dogs get their own spacious kennels with their own water bowl inside. They welcome bringing your own bedding so he had his bed and blanket with him. They have specific feeding times in the morning and evening, and asked when my dog usually eats. They have heat and air in the building. PLAYTIME: The outside field is SO spacious. Lots of room to play!!! They have play equipment and balls, and there's shady spots and sunny spots! They will also pull the hose out to cool down the dogs if it's too hot. They get lots of playtime all throughout the day. If a dog(s) become too aggressive, they have a separate yard and do a good job about temporarily separating them. PRICE: it is SO affordable compared to other places in the city! They charge by day and there is a discount for multiple dogs. The drive is easy to get there and I don't mind driving it because of the affordable price. OTHER THINGS THEY OFFER: you can have them bathe your dog at the end of your stay. They also have doggy daycare daily. MY FAVORITE PART: they make it SO easy to check on your dog! They have a Facebook page and they post many videos daily of the dogs playing. I was constantly checking Facebook! The videos show all the dogs playing so you can watch and find your dog to see how they are doing! This made me so comfortable leaving my dog for a week for the first time because I could see him having so much fun and interacting with other dogs! AFTER: I know my dog had a blast because he was exhausted for a couple days and just slept! This is always a good sign. The owners live right on the property and are at the kennel with the dogs very often. It is family owners and operated. I HIGHLY recommend Fidos, they care about your dog and make sure they have a great stay! Your doggy's will be in great hands!

We left our dog, Winston, here while we took a 4 day trip. They did a few things well, like…read moreeveryday they sent us pictures of him playing with other dogs, and running around. But ultimately I wouldn't leave him there again. The dogs sleep in a concrete kennel that looks identical to a shelter, and Winston's a rescue, so he looked miserable when we left. When we picked him up he was really muddy and we took him to get a bath that day. He seemed pretty angry at us for a few days, and just not like himself. I'm not sure if this is unique to him because of his past or if it's something else. If your dog is used to loud environments, this may be a great place for you. But if you have a rescue, or if your pup is especially sensitive, I'd recommend hiring a pet sitter instead.

I repeatedly use A Better Dog Kennel for boarding my baby, Ruckus, and I am NEVER disappointed…read more I've even started to notice that Ruckus gets excited when we arrive there. We all feel bad when we have to board our dogs, but when a dog actually gets excited to be somewhere, you know they are well taken care of in your absence. I highly recommend this facility for boarding and day care. It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. Sometimes they posts pics of your pooch on Facebook, which I love seeing while I'm away. And they even give you a doggy report card when you pick up so that you know how your dog ate, slept, interacted with the staff and other dogs. It's amazing! I love this place and will always use them for all of my boarding needs.

I'm updating my review because I asked this facility for a refund after my dog's condition declined…read moreunder their care. In response, they told me to first remove my reviews from Google and Yelp in order to process the refund. That alone reflects how they handle complaints and accountability. I boarded my dog Mishka here while attending my sister's funeral one of the most difficult times in my life. The photos they sent showed Mishka looking terrified and unwell, but they kept saying she was "doing great." I asked four times for my emergency contact (my nephew, who has a close bond with her) to visit and check on her. They denied every request. I also asked that she be walked, and they didn't cooperate. I noticed in two or three playtime photos that she was on a leash, and when I asked why, they said it was for her safety because she's a jumper but isn't this supposed to be a place designed for dogs to play? When I picked her up, she was dirty, had visible signs of diarrhea, and her ribs were showing. A vet confirmed she had lost over 13% of her body weight and suspected stress from boarding as the cause. At first, the facility said they would review covering the vet bill then later refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they focused on silencing my experience.

The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and accommodating and willing to help in any way, from changes to drop off and/or pick up and even when my dog got sick while I was out of town. I would never take my dog anywhere else. By far, one of the BEST boarding places in town. Terese K.
