Expect to wait at least an hour past your scheduled appointment -- appointments clearly mean nothing here. Once I finally got called in, I had to ask for the equipment to be cleaned. The cleaning solution wasn't even in the room, yet I was told it had "already been cleaned." Not reassuring. The doctor was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly seemed incompetent. Most of the staff came across as rude and bothered to be there. The only positive was the front desk person, who was kind and helpful -- the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible visit. This place needs serious improvement. I would not recommend trusting your health or time to this office.

They practice safe distance, masking and lots of sanitizer. And they checked my temp. Had a standard eye exam. No rushing. I've always tensed up over the glaucoma test and I was comfortable enough that it sailed by. I still have great eyesight and healthy eyes and wasn't pressured to buy prescription lenses.
