Never welcomed me or said goodbye. A week later an eye situation came up that I knew I needed to see an Opthalmologist and I asked Coastal if they recommended one. The gal said I had to come in because I needed a referral. I knew it wasn't right but I visited and the man Doc had no idea where to send me. He was muddling around on the computer and I saw one that was accepting new patients. I was leaving and the girls told me I owed them $38, for what????? No one touched me was except to puff my eyes and I told her I had just had all that a week ago with them. She immediately seemed alarmed when she seated me. None of them knew why I was there. I absolutely denied to pay them. They did nothing!!! My husband went there the other day. He waited 20 minutes for them to call him. He was puffed and put in a room. Then a girl came in and told him the doctor would not see him until he paid my $38. He said that's between you and her. She said leave and he did! Both of us disgraced and duped. Wasted both of our time. They must be pretty hard up to muscle $38 out of either of us. They will never see our insurance again. I'm filing complaints with the state and our insurance company.

Upon arriving, they declared since we're late, they could only see one of us. Congrats to Eye Associates for being so successful that they can refuse to grant a waiver of any sort for a patient (or in this case x-patient). I have nothing good to report about my experiences with the company, and I would urge you research alternatives.
