I had my eye doctors assistant who marks the glasses and checks measurement and fitting explain why your glasses aren't right. She marked your glasses showing how far off your markings are. I mailed your glasses to you as they are no good to me. Return the money you billed to my credit card in May 2023 ($649.27) and return the balance you charged my insurance company. You refused to accept the glasses at your office. You are not only incompetent you are a thief. I will be taking you to court. Avoid The Vision Centers and find a reputable Professional eye store.

They practice safe distance, masking and lots of sanitizer. And they checked my temp. Had a standard eye exam. No rushing. I've always tensed up over the glaucoma test and I was comfortable enough that it sailed by. I still have great eyesight and healthy eyes and wasn't pressured to buy prescription lenses. I called three times, left a message, and thought they had closed because I never heard back. One afternoon I was in Murrells, so I stopped by and found them open. Basically, I had to physically go to the office to schedule an appointment. The front desk staff is not hospitable or welcoming, and even though I've been a patient there for two years, I will not be returning.
