AVOID this doctor's office inside this facility! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Expect to wait at least an hour past your scheduled appointment -- appointments clearly mean nothing here. Once I finally got called in, I had to ask for the equipment to be cleaned. The cleaning solution wasn't even in the room, yet I was told it had "already been cleaned." Not reassuring. The doctor was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly seemed incompetent. Most of the staff came across as rude and bothered to be there. The only positive was the front desk person, who was kind and helpful -- the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible visit. This place needs serious improvement. I would not recommend trusting your health or time to this office. read more

I was vacationing here and my glasses were run over by a car. The frames were very bent. I took them here to see if anything could be done since I had to drive multiple days to get home. They fixed it then and there, well enough to get me home. Did not charge me. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend! read more

I'm a repeat customer. On my third pair. Went in to have screws tightened and purchase two more pair with the Ultra lenses. New prescription. Stood at the counter 45 minutes. Completely ignored by not one, not two, but three different employees. They addressed the needs of other customers who had appointments without so much as an "we'll be with you shortly" acknowledgement. My next stop will be Lenscrafters. read more

It's time for me to get a new set of glasses and we've been to the big box stores and they require appointments months in advance. We went to Eyemart, and I can be seen by the eye doctor next week. There is 4 wall selections of glasses so you should easily find frames to your liking. I did find a pair of frames I loved, but I couldn't be seen by the doctor today. I don't mind waiting a week for my appointment and I will upgrade my review at that time. I gave them a good for that reason only. read more

I feel this review will help many. I'm from Md have live here for 7 years my husband and I through insurance get eye exam and glasses once a year. Our exam was done at The Mills because at Eyemart the optometrist no longer takes insurance for exam as I found several do not.Went to eyemart for frames did not see any at The Mill we cared for we were in shock when told what we owed on frames and lenses at eyemart we pay close to nothing except tax I know now we paid tax on retail prices not price on frames at Eyemart we were never told that before hand, the reason basically because we did not have our exam done there ( they no longer take insurance for exam) close to $300 out of pocket I would never recommend going to Eyemart very deceitful . read more

I had a 2 pm appointment with Dr Graham. I arrived 15 minutes early but the office wasn't open yet. Two patients were ahead of me. Each had an appointment before me (1:30 and 1:45). Why schedule appointments before the office is scheduled to open??!! I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time and I still hadn't seen the eye doctor. It's disgraceful to run that far behind schedule. My time is valuable too! I will not be going back. read more

If you have Medicare they do everything they can whether you need it or not and then you can't get results of tests!

I was visited Myrtle Beach for a 2 week working vacation. Got my computer set up, turned around and my Dog was finishing up destroying my $600.00 computer prescription eye glasses. Since my spare set were sitting on my desk in Connecticut, I was screwed. I googled " same day eye glasses, Myrtle Beach" Eyemart popped up. 4 hours later, I had my replacement glasses and a free spare set for driving. $400.00. Highly recommend Eyemart. Good frame selection. I was in their office for 15 minutes, picked out some frames and went to lunch. Came back an our later and they were done. read more

They have a new staff that are extremely, extremely rude and the vision exam came out completely wrong. Went for New glasses and an Eye Exam. left 2 and a half long hours later and the glasses still were not made up until one more extra hour.

The folks here were amazing. Worked extra hard to make sure I was able to get a pair of glasses same-day even though I arrived fairly close to their closing time. Wonderful service and very accommodating!! read more

I have used Eye art express for several years and have been happy with their service. This time I was given misleading information about Medicare helping with the cost after my Catarack surgery. Medicare will NOT help if the company doesn't accept Medicare as payment. Very frustrating!! They definitely should be informed about the way Medicare works if they are going to give customers information !! But they did refund my payment when I cancelled my order. read more

I went there the end of December picked a pair of glasses gave them my prescription and went to lunch. They sent a text saying " WE MADE YOUR GLASSES IN ONLY 21 MINUTES. " picked them up they seemed a little off but I thought they will take getting use to. Left the store, for the next month they never felt right. I went to an ophthalmologist to make sure nothing was going wrong with my eyes. Eyes were fine, when he checked my glasses in his machine he found the glasses were not made to the prescription I had given them. Prescription called for one lens to be stronger than the other, also I have a astigmatism which wasn't done. I think they need to review their procedures, maybe put quality ahead of speed. I would have happily waited several hours to get them done correctly. I gave the star because the store was neat and clean, so the cleaning crew deserves the star, not the company. Good luck. I wrote a very negative review earlier because a salesperson had deceived me. Several months later they reached out to me and made amends. I am very impressed that they cared enough to fix a mistake after so long. Grateful and impressed. My concern was that the unethical behavior of a salesperson was representative of a larger cultural problem at the company. I see that it was not the case. I went here cause I needed a quick eye exam due to a medication I am on. I explained to the receptionist and the eye doctor examining my eyes why I was there and that I only wear reading glasses. The eye doctor didn't bother to ask me what medication I was taking that my doctors at MUSC were very concerned about nor did she have a way to check to see if I could be color-blind (another effect of the medication). When the eye doctor was done, she handled me a slip of paper and said here is your prescription for glasses. I asked why was she giving me a prescription for glasses when all I think I really need is my reading glasses. I think she was upset by me asking this but I have had my eyes checked in this area since 2014 and every eye doctor just said I needed reading glasses and the amount needed. The eye doctor at Eyemart Express just keep saying here is your prescription of what you need. After going round and round, she told me that my distance was off along with my reading. I could get glasses for both issues in one pair. I explained that I bought a pair of glasses back in 2014 just for distance and never used them - they were collecting dust. She got a bit nasty and said I gave you the eye exam and when I asked you which one was better, you told me the one that needs a prescription. I just ok, got my paperwork, paid and left. All she was trying to do was UP-SELL me on glasses. I went to another vision place that same day, showed them my paperwork. They said all I needed was my reading glasses since I already have a pair of distance glasses and don't wear them there was no reason to buy another pair. It's really sad that some business are all about the MONEY - not the customer and their actual needs. Go with our gut before letting someone talk you into something you don't need or will not use. The glasses at this place are not cheap. They advertise 2 pairs for approx. $56. Yes, that's 2 sets of cheap frames - this is not the cost of the actual glasses you need to read with. read more
