The nurse who took my measurements and dilated my eyes was extremely rude. My husband, concerned that the drops being used might worsen my condition, asked a simple question, and instead of reassurance, her response was snarky: "It's protocol." To put this in perspective, I was dealing with a painful stye that had turned into cellulitis and had already been suffering for three days. Rather than feeling cared for, I felt dismissed. The entire office had the atmosphere of a factory--patients processed as quickly as possible with little regard for comfort or understanding. This was one of the most impersonal medical experiences I've ever had, and I would strongly recommend steering clear of this practice.

You refused to accept the glasses at your office. You are not only incompetent you are a thief. I will be taking you to court. Avoid The Vision Centers and find a reputable Professional eye store.
