This is the smallest prime rib they offer!
Dana S.

Yes, it's a blast from the past. No, the decor is not updated. The parking lot is massive. What do you get here? Really good solid American food. And huge huge portions. The smallest prime rib? Easily for two people. Side dishes? Plentiful. Your side salad? You could share it with the table. The food is good. The atmosphere?. Will I go back? Absolutely

Chicken broccoli

Ordered Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and Prime Rib French DIP. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We've gone here before to dine in and even then, the experience was awful, but we figured after a year there should be some improvement, given the reviews. I ordered chicken brocolli Alfredo and we did NOT receive the Alfredo, instead it was sautéed. Gave it a chance and immediately bit into a wicked hard piece. So hard my teeth chattered soooo loud you can hear it all way in China!!! My friend finished the rest and after two bites, they couldn't finish it because they said it was SOOOOO SALTYYYY. TASTE LIKE THE OCEAN. Not sure why this place is HEAVY HANDED ON SALT????? BECAUSE LAST YEAR, SAME PROBLEM. NEW YEAR, SAME PROBLEM!? ODD because my prime rib had zero OUNCE OF SALT????? NO FLAVOR. It was so bland you can feed to a sick dog! Bread was soggy..... and just incredibly disappointing. Only good thing were the sides. FRIES and ROLLS. NO THANK YOU. Should've went to McDonald's!

Prime rib. Delicious!
Denis D.

5 stars for the prime rib. Juicy and delicious. Big portion too. 5 stars for Alanna, our server. Outstanding! She was very polite and attentive. Adorable. ... And then it goes downhill from there. 3 stars for the pastrami and swiss sandwich. Onion rings are baaaaaad. Indoor: old, dirty, holes in the wall. Serious need of renovations.... Bleh... Wife liked this place more than I did. Happy wife, happy life. Might go back. Not sure.

Prime Rib, salmon, and large Gin & Tonic!

We were seated quickly. My husband says "it's very nice!" Food was good, I had the prime rib and was so thankful it wasn't sold out. Husband had the salmon, both delish. My sides were the salad and soup- forgettable compared to how incredible the main dish was! The Christmas drink specials were also delish

It was our first time there, we are locals and always wanted to try it out, glad we did! Food was delicious and fresh. The portions were huge. The service was exceptional!

Food is ok but no ambience. Hope in the future they will change furniture, plates, and add some music.

El Criollo Restaurant - Pargo Entero Frito

El Criollo Restaurant

Hidden Gem and Unassuming is exactly how I'd describe El Criollo Restaurant in Dracut. Last night…read morewas date night with my two girlfriends and we met up with some of our foodie friends for another food adventure--this time, it took us to the Caribbean. Criollo is located in a small strip mall and doesn't look like much from the outside, but as soon as you open the doors you know you're in for a treat. The decor is polished and cozy with a nice bar area; the kitchen is semi-open so you can see the flames as your food is firing. They have fantastic Caribbean and Puerto Rican fare with beautiful, thoughtfully crafted cocktails. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Here were some of the highlights: -Chicharron: crispy pork belly bites, need I say more -Alcapurria jueyes (Fried crab fritters): golden, crispy fritter with a crunchy exterior and soft, savory inside with flavorful crab filling. The fresh bites from the onion slaw were a nice touch with these. -Chicken empanadas: dip these in the pink sauce with a touch of their spicy sauce and you're in heaven. Slightly crisp and flaky exterior with a tender, chewy bite, perfect for holding the delicious filling. -Mofongo with shrimp and garlic sauce: if you've never tried garlic sauce on Mofongo, I highly suggest it. It's creamy and garlicky in all the right ways. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the Mofongo brought me right back to my trip to Puerto Rico where I first fell in love with it. -Churros: truly the best ones I ever had. It was a last minute add on because "why not!" and the best decision! We made reservations for 6:30pm and when we arrived it wasn't overly busy, but by the time we left every table was filled. And that's no surprise based on our experience.

Small restaurant packing flavors. Enjoyed the food here. Didn't get a chance to snap pictures of…read morethe empanadas or alcapurria de cangrejo (really good - with crab meat). Some of the other dishes from our party are attached. They're also known for their mofongos (trifongo was perfect). I will say that the portions are huge. Pricing is a little high for some of their items, as others have stated.

Haven't been back since the place was sold & then had a pipe burst that had it closed for months…read more Pleasantly surprised by the inside when we went back in. It was always SO dark before. Now the woodwork is painted all white, it really brightens up the place. Tables also seem further apart, it used to be elbow to elbow in here, but now they use the backroom (formerly only had been in there for a Mercy Meal) for seating. There were six of us on a Saturday nite, I made a reservation online & we were seated immediately. PRO- The food was very good. The Mondelo's both had the old standby, Chicken Broccoli & Ziti, which was always good here & they said is still the same. Mrs. Haskell got the Steak Tips, which were perfectly cooked, grilled outside but still pink inside as ordered. Ward & I both went with the chicken, he the Picatta & I the Francese, both served over pasta with two large pieces of chicken on top. We'd get those meals again. Our server brought fresh bread & oil to dunk right after we were seated. She was very nice, obviously new though, but that is everyplace these days, so you can't hold that against anyone. It was busy & she had to hustle as she had alot of tables & she did her best. CON- The menu has shrunk considerably. Used to be pages long, now one page & some specials. Large drink menu does not offer Guinness. Made all the guys at our table sad. Mr. Haskell's Fish & Chips were TOTALLY underwhelming. Several small "squares" of fish, not a filet of fresh fish, on top of standard frozen- from-the-bag french fries. Wouldn't order that again. Ward asked for linguine with his meal, he got penne but didn't feel it was worth a complaint. SO - Place looks alot better inside, imo. Except for the Fish & Chips, we all enjoyed our food. Prices were average, nothing crazy. We'll go back, sooner if they start offering Guinness.

Another quiet evening at Scola's. He enjoyed the "moo of the moment" which was a baseball streak (…read moretender and flavorful) and I enjoyed Tre Rustico (a tasty pasta dish) with plenty leftover for lunch the next day.

This Latin…read moreAmerican restaurant & lounge serves up a selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, seafood, pasta, chicken, fried rice dishes and kids menu. The full service bar offers beer, wine, and cocktails. The music is a bit loud here and there are "Roku" TVs throughout the place. I stopped by Eko's Bar & Grill for dinner recently and took a seat at the bar which actually has a few hightop tables & chairs at the bar. The Roku TVs were not showing live TV, so I had to watch my football game on my phone as I was deciding on food. I requested an ice water and placed an order for the Seafood Chicharron ($18.99 plus tax) and the EKO's Veggie Burger ($14.99 plus tax) with fries. However, my food order took a long time to come out, 40 minutes to come out for both the starter and entree at the same time. The Seafood Chicharron plate had a sampling of fried seafood & onion rings including calamari, shrimp, and salty fish filet, served with a dijon mustard dipping sauce. The Veggie Burger was very thick & heavy, which was comprised of a thick soft lentil & sweet potato patty with lettuce, tomato, & yellow sauce on a soft bun. The salted fries were hot & crispy. After barely finishing both the appetizer and veggie burger & fries, I requested the check. The check with Toast QR code was $36.36 with tax and before tip. Overall, the food here was good and very filling to eat. Other than the very long wait, I was able to watch my game on my phone and enjoy the tasty food at the same time.
