You order at the counter and then are called when food is ready. The cashier working was very friendly and explained any of the items we had questions. Basically they serve 2 types of eggs Benedict and several types of bagel sandwiches. There were four of us 2 of us order bagel sandwiches and the other 2 split an eggs Benedict. The plates were plentiful and delicious. I will be coming back. Just be prepared if it has rained the parking lot is small but they do have additional parking down a slope in an open area. It had rained so it was muddy. So I suggest wearing your rain boots of it has been raining.

The tiramisu flavor was nailed on the spot, and the dessert itself is not overly sweet. Using macarons as the base is an innovative idea that works extremely well for this dessert. If you have the opportunity to check her out at the Hilo night market, you should! She also makes macarons and crème brûlées, and I look forward to trying those down the road.

The vibe here is super chill with counter seating and comfy 1/2 booth seating. and local art for sale on the walls. Staff is wonderful! Attentive and full of Aloha spirit. Food is onolicious and made freseakfast, the Biscuits & Gravy and the Loco Moco are hands-down crowd favorites. The Eggs Benedict is another winner. They've got lunch and dinner options too, so it's not just a breakfast spot. But the bakery is what seals the deal -- pastries, fresh-baked goods, and their $5 loaves of wheat or white bread are a must-try. Hard to beat that kind of value and freshness in Puna. Hours are clutch too: 7 AM - 8 PM daily (closed Mondays). Reliable, tasty, and plenty aloha spirit -- exactly what Puna needed.

The papaya salad was so fresh and at ($9) for a whole quart so affordable and easy to share with friends. The papaya stand was my favorite one as she makes the salad fresh in front of you. The purple tapioca potato pudding was so dense and interesting, really rich and lovely to try. I was also blown away by the macadamia nut croissant ($6), the croissant itself was fine, flaky and well baked, but the macadamia nut butter frangipane filling for the croissant stole the show. It was so decadent and sweet I savored every bite of the croissant! The marinated goat cheeses from the goat cheese stand were the most delicious goat cheese I've had in my life. Super creamy, luscious, silky and with interesting flavors. I grabbed two spicy goat cheeses I was so obsessed. There is so much to see eat and try!
