When paying at the register, she selected $0.00 on the tip prompt for standard counter service. The employee saw this and gave her a visible, unpleasant look. ​Shortly after, my wife observed the cashier speaking quietly to the young man assembling the order. She then watched the young man take three bagels out of the bag and swap them with something else. Assuming it was just a preparation adjustment, she took the bag and drove directly to our daughter's house. When they opened the bag, it was a completely different order than what was paid for. ​While my wife chose not to go back and escalate the situation, deliberate order tampering or spiteful customer service because a customer chooses not to tip upfront for basic counter service is completely unprofessional. Management needs to look into staff behavior and order accuracy at this locations.
