We enjoyed paneer tikka, chaat papri, garlic gobi and onion baji. All the appetizers were excellent and disappeared quickly. The garlic gobi (cauliflower) was my least favourite but was still very good. For our main dinner, we ordered bharta, dal makhani, paneer jalfrezi and palak paneer. Bharta was good but the dal and two paneer dishes were excellent. We ordered medium spicy and it was just the right amount of heat for everyone's palate. For breads we ordered some plain naan, garlic naan, lacha paronta and tandoori roti. I tried the two types of naan. They were the best naan I have had in a long time. Soft and crispy and buttery. One of the things that made them standout was the thickness. They were an even thickness and cooked evenly over the entire surface. Many places serve naan that is thin in some spots and burns and thick in others where it remains undercooked. Here they were perfect. The service was excellent also. Our server Sandeep checked on us frequently, and made sure our water was regularly topped up. Highly recommend eating in. The food is so much more enjoyable when it comes fresh from the kitchen.

Spice level chosen was medium - hot enough to waken your palette but not blow your head off. Ambiance was cozy and quiet, which we LOVE. We tend to eat early, so having the restaurant to ourselves is always a treat. Staff was welcoming and hospitable.

They have a pretty good size menu, so it took awhile to sort through. We ended up with the Vegetable Hakka Noodles, Tandoori Chicken, Family Garlic Naan, Chicken Saagwala, and the Kachumber Salad. The Hakka noodles were delicious, hadn't had these before but would definitely get again, they are actually really good as cold leftovers the next day as well. The Tandoori Chicken was great, bone in and cooked perfectly. Not too spicy, even my daughter ate some. The Family garlic naan really is FAMILY sized, absolutely huge, too big for our small family of three. Really good naan, and pretty impressed they can cook one this size, it paired so well with the chicken saagwala. The chicken mixed with the greens was delicious unlike other dishes we've had, it was probably the favorite dish we ordered. Their kachumber salad was quite nice, cold salad, really fresh feeling and the light seasoning blend they add to it was really nice to balance it out. This is a great spot to get some quality food.

This evening ( 31 August 2025), we ordered a dosa and egg muppas ( entree) for our dinner. To our surprise, the muppas were served within no time, while the dosa was served well after 25 to 30 minutes!! For any Indian foodie, this would immediately raise suspicion about the food, as the dosa should not take any time to prepare, while the other than takes some time to cook. Anyway, when I tasted the eggs on the entree, the yoke was very cold and the bread served with the entree was also just lukewarm. When I questioned the waiter, why the yolk is so cold, she did not answer the question and was trying to persuade it is ok. Upon further pushback, the waiter said, this food was served in the afternoon buffet and we just used the leftover food!! They serve recycled food and expect the customer to pay the full price and they do not want to even hide that!! So if you choose to visit this restaurant, make sure you get the fresh food.

My brother was excited to discover that Pak India was having 25% off for lunch during Ramadan. I guess they need to boost sales during daylight during this time. People who don't fast can take advantage! He ordered a bunch of dishes for us: Onion Bhaiji ($5.99), Chicken Pakora ($8.99), Naan ($2.99), Chicken Biryani ($17.99), Butter Chicken ($16.99), Beef Curry ($17.99), Lamb Chana Daal ($17.99), Malai Kofta ($14.99) and basmati rice ($5.99). I went with him to the restaurant to pick up the food. The Onion Bhaiji wasn't as crispy as I had hoped and we found a long black hair partially embedded in one of the pieces o_O People working in the kitchen need to wear hairnets! Luckily, none of the other dishes contained hair. The Chicken Pakora were tasty, but were more like chicken tenders. They were chicken breast strips battered and deep-fried. The Chicken Pakora I've had in the past (in Toronto) were chopped up chicken mixed with batter and rolled into balls and deep-fried. I was expecting something different but I still enjoyed the dish. The naan was soft and fluffy. The basmati rice was nicely cooked. The Chicken Biryani had a decent amount of chicken pieces in it. It was ok, but not as flavourful as I've had elsewhere. The Butter Chicken was phenomenal. One of the best butter chicken dishes I've had. The sauce was so smooth and creamy and I enjoyed the chunks of breast meat. The Beef Curry and Lamb Chana Daal were both incredibly oily. Look at my pictures, so much oil! I liked that the meat was tender and boneless and not gamey tasting, but I couldn't get over the excessive amount of oil. I did like that the Daal wasn't too mushy. The Malai Kofta were too mushy, they weren't firm enough. Although the sauce they were in was tasty. I'm glad I got to try this restaurant. The regular prices are a bit on the high side in my opinion, but I would consider getting the Butter Chicken, Chicken Pakora and naan again if they had another sale. The dine-in space is nice. The atmosphere is casual. Staff were courteous. The cashier almost didn't give my brother the 25% off discount. He noticed she didn't and asked about it. She at first said it was only for the buffet, but then said she'd ask her dad. She called him over and he confirmed, the discount applied to my brother's order and he corrected the bill. He was nice about it, so we were good. Lots of free parking in the plaza parking lot, but the spots are a bit tight and awkward. I don't love the parking situation at this plaza, but at least it's available and free. (51)
