This store is always busy, but the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Especially Randy Laird. He has the costumer service going on and as many times as I have been in the store his demeanor stays the same! All the employees are friendly and seem to be confident in their job responsibilities. Just rude. Chided me for not having a box for an Amazon return and then finally acknowledged that no box was needed. She had a real attitude towards me. Won't go back. Didn't appreciate it since they make money from every shipment that goes through that store. read more

Every time I come to the UPS store, it's fast and efficient. Pretty much the exact opposite of any USPS location. They have a lot of services and you can even have them pack it for you. There are copy services and packing supplies, even cards you can buy and send to friends/family. Also a positive experience and I would highly recommend! read more

" Christina" needs to work on her customer service skills. I called to find out if my package was at the store as it was attempted delivered twice and she cut me off before I could finish asking and said "listen ma'am this is the ups store we don't have anything to do with your delivery" I responded, "I'm trying to find out if my package is there." She said well you didn't ask that. Well maybe because you didn't let me finish. Ya think?! When I asked to speak to someone else she said "no one else is here for you to speak to." But when I called back 30 seconds later to get her name "Jared" answered. If you don't like your job Christina that is not my problem but have better customer service skills if you choose to work in this area. Edit to add: as a response to the owner, this situation very much escalated after the fact when your employee Jared was very much profesional and answered my questions in person. However Ms. Christina ran outside to yell at me and cuss me out as I was driving off. I came back in and have her on video. (She was of course nicer on video). I will NOT be returning unfortunately. However I did send an email to the store manager. I will say that Jared was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. He was an innocent bystander in this situation that did not have to happen. Thank you for your reply but according to Christina she's worked there 5 years and that's why I couldn't speak to Jared, but he has much better customer service regardless of how long he's been there. If you want the video contact the manager. You just don't do customers that way. It was totally uncalled for! And I apologize the gentleman that helped me was JARED! Also I know that you own the Huntsville store as my friend knows you and she says the Huntsville store is great. I also never had a problem in Willis and I'm not saying this is a reflection of your business but your employees unfortunately do reflect that. If I could rate negative stars I would. RANDY is the most unprofessional associate I have ever encountered. Upon asking for assistance about a return he immediately began yelling at me in a condescending tone about what steps needed to be taken, without even giving me a moment to explain. His attitude is absolutely unacceptable, how he is able to work in a customer service facing position in your company is absolutely alarming. I have worked in the retail service industry over 20 years, I would NEVER allow one of my team members to speak to our clients in this manner. I truly hope action is taken. I will be contacting your main offices in regards to the treatment I endured. The manager attempted to de-escalate the situation but never apologized for his actions. read more

Today I came in and I was wanting to prong a document and it was urgent. I came in 8 minutes before they closed and the lady up front seemed like she was annoyed that I showed up. I sent the document several times and she continues to say that she did not get it. Even though on my phone it said it was sent. She told me that the wifi was bad even though my phone said 5 bars. They need to work on their customer service skills. She kept rolling her eyes and texting on her phone. read more

This is a wild story.. a few months ago I dropped off a bunch of packages to a few couriers. UPS Willis was my first drop off point. I always message my customers who have big orders, letting them know right after I drop the packages off. All of my packages went out to everyone. OR SO I THOUGHT. I get a message days later asking why the package hadn't moved(after I told them it was dropped off). I go to check the tracking number and it never got scanned!!! I had dropped it off on a Thursday, and just happened to clean my car out that weekend before finding out they didn't scan it. So of course I threw away the confirmation receipt they handed me. I called and told them the situation and they told me they couldn't help me because there's not proof at all. They gave me the number to their LOVELY(not) automated machine which of course I got nowhere with. I end up going into the store and talking to them. I told them the exact person I handed it to, the exact station, and the 1 hour time frame at which i was there. They didn't care to pull up the security footage for my peace of mind so I could confirm that I dropped it off. It was 1 package so I would have known. This package basically never existed. I had to fork over a $400 refund which definitely hurts small businesses. I went to cancel the shipping label today 7/25/22 after 2 months of nothing. Then I saw that it got delivered a week ago!!! My package that I "never dropped off" magically grew legs and found its way to Kentucky 2 months later. The recipient didn't notify me due to being out of town but today he confirmed that it did indeed arrive! Wonder where it was found at the store... thankfully he's mailing it back to me because it's no longer needed. The people at this store are great people. I just seriously wish they would have helped me in the situation. I'm the end, I guess they found my box and delivered it. Or it grew legs. Not sure. But it made it. read more

Used this UPS since 2004. Changed management around 2014-15 maybe? Noticeable change in personality of new staff. Old staff was more laid back, I find I don't use their services as much as I used to. The $5 minimum rule was always in place since 2004, though. read more

Again, you are liars and you did want more money and you didn't need it. AS the UPS driver in our neighborhood simply took the boxes from me on the street and taped them and was happy to send them as packaged and as arrived at your store and YOU ARE A LIAR and you DID want more money from me and I told you the same thing--you won't get paid by me, the business pays you. Either way, you didn't get the process fee for the packages, I complained to UPS about your store and practices and I would never use you or send anyone to you YOU are not a good store and practice cheating people and caused a lot of trouble for no reason at all and you should have sent the boxes when I brought them in and as UPS said it was perfectly fine to have them tape the package and send as is with the labels at no charge to me. read more

Randy is very rude and unprofessional I had no idea what a external and internal package meant and and got my labels mixed up which I had to fix again then had me cut the labels out as well as place them on the weight scale basically do his job all while holding a 4 month old and so i said i never had to do this before he responded "what help yourself" and i said no ive had better customer service in the past and h said nothing I mean not even a decent apology for all the tension he made me feel unaffordable. will not recommend this store I used this store often bc all of my shopping is online now I'm not sure if I will be going back read more

I went in today to mail prepaid UPS package, I was first told to hold on. Then the lady said I will be with you in a minute. I responded with a simple OK. Then she looked into my hands to the box I was holding and said if that is prepaid box it will be $.50 to tape it. I was stunned by the fact that they wanted $.50 for an 8 inch piece of tape. She said we do that with all prepay boxes, if you were paying here it would not cost you. I left and went across the street to FedEx and the lady taped the box for free and apologized for the unprofessional attitude of the UPS box store. She said she has gotten so many new customers because of the way they get treated by the UPS box store. I will not do business with them and will tell everyone I know about their $.50 policy. In September 2015 I made a international shipment and the employee (who no longer works there) filled out the waybill, I told the employee that all shipping charges need to be billed to a corporate account number . The UPS employee checked off the wrong payment of charge and I got stuck with a $145.91 shipping charge . Trina at UPS Willis has refused to do the right thing and will not refund the charge . I do not recommend this place to anyone because they do not care about the customer read more

Wish I could give six stars! Sharon and her colleague shipped some very expensive pieces of furniture and a large painting (family heirlooms) for me. I probably cleaned them out of bubble wrap. We recently rented a mail box from Randy and Trina, store #4211 in Willis. They are efficient, trustworthy and helpful. We were tired of the lost/miss-boxed mail at our usps post office box. You get some much more from UPS, particularly this location. It is like having a concierge mail service. You can choose how to be notified of packages coming in, which is great. You can also leave your outgoing mail with them, which is an extra convenience. They can also do mail forwarding when needed. Best of all, you can tell they care about their customers. It is nice to see their smiling, friendly faces when you come in for something. We are glad to be able to patronize such a great business! read more
