Unfortunately, the photo wasn't very clear, as it had been cropped from another picture and needed quite a bit of touching up to make it suitable for printing. We were fortunate enough to have Roy and Chris at Studio110 help us with the photo. They worked their magic and then recommended Spectrum Printing and Marketing to print the picture for us for the funeral. Spectrum graciously printed the photo for us at no cost, given the circumstances. We cannot begin to express how much that kindness meant to our family during such a heartbreaking and stressful time. Their professionalism, compassion, kindness, and understanding toward people they had never even met will forever stay in our hearts. What started as a difficult situation unexpectedly introduced us to our new "one-stop shop" for all of our future printing needs! Thank you, Beth, and everyone at Spectrum Printing and Marketing. JONES PRINTING SERVICE I do hope that I can accurately…read moreconvey the level of professionalism, and degree of quality excellence you will experience if you choose Jones as your print vendor. My organization has been sending print projects here for many years. As a long time customer our office has seen Jones Printing go above and beyond to meet our needs even when we have had what some may consider unreasonable deadlines. My office uses a few different print vendors, but there really is something special about Jones. The level of quality control here is top-notch: from the copy-proofers, color-proofers, the teams responsible for operating the printing (digital and press), folding, cutting, bindery, delivery and so much more. I know that the pieces they print look good. I know that in a side-by-side comparison to another print piece of the same type the piece printed here will very likely subtle noticeable differences, that really make a difference. Recently on a big project the Jones' team level of quality control goes above and beyond. It is what we should all expect. It is what I hope other print houses deliver also. Thanks to Rodney for the Bindery tour and thorough explanation of the process. There are men in this department with 20-40 years of experience. Only excellence is acceptable here. It doesn't matter how long it take, how many tries it takes, how much finessing it requires, the team here will do its very best to deliver your project exactly as you imagined it when you were creating it. And everyone here is so nice. I mean they really have the best attitudes. From management down to the delivery guy. Always pleasant. Always service oriented.

That order still has not arrived and we are now weeks past the delivery estimate. I will never use another printer…read more Josh and his staff are nothing short of amazing. I had a large corporate event last week and we needed a ton of promo stuff. The hats were delayed a bit ( due to a problem on my end, not his ), but Josh had them delivered to me when they came in. Seriously, who does that? If you need anything printed, embroidered, laminated or created, save yourself some time and headache and just call Josh. We will never use another company.
