This store went so far beyond the norm when I was trying to get a package sent to Paris. I dealt with Cody and with Tony the manager and because of the contents of the package I was checking every day and they were calling France to see what the hold up was on their end. France totally dropped the ball ..but these two guys made sure it was resolved on our end. I cannot thank them and their store owner enough for having such great workers! They showed no impatience with me whatsoever no matter how many times we spoke or if I had to drop by their store. Thank You Cody and Tony! You're the store for me from now on! read more

From the responses by some of the reviewers, it's obvious I haven't met the owner yet. This has been my go to store for Amazon returns for over a year now and 95% of the time I am never waiting in line or if there is a line, the staff move through it quickly. The staff are effective, efficient, and courteous. I've also noticed mostly the same staff since I've been using this store, so no, if not minimal apparent turnover. If the owner is the A.H. other folks have been unlucky enough to encounter he has a stellar staff that more than makes up for his incompetence. read more

I presume it was the owner today who yelled and screamed at me and ridiculed my confusion. I was trying to return an Amazon order with a QR code on my phone. In the past this has been as easy as bringing the item in and letting them scan the code. Not here. He kept saying 'you people don't read, you people don't read.' Apparently with this return the item was supposed to be packaged and the package sealed. The item was in it's original box but I neglected to seal it with tape. He told me with sarcasm and more yelling that tape was $1.50. I rarely raise my voice but I said 'bullshit.' And then he yelled some more because apparently his children or grand children were at the back of the store. The UPS driver was there and he just stood there with his mouth open at this epic fail. I walked out and mumbled something under my breath that was not polite but apparently heard and this man yelled after me 'same to you' and then 'so are you.' This store is around the corner from my new home and I will NEVER set foot in it again. read more

People are very nice place was busy do to Christmas but the staff keeped the line moving with smiles on there face

The employee was takening care of my transaction when the owner stepped in and was brass and rude changing the prices when I asked for what was the cost of each part of the transaction. (Wish I had recorded "The Boss" as he changed the quote each time and denied he said what he said). While there another customer came in and was treated poorly also. I will never use them again. I will go to FedEx or another store even if it is way out of my way. Poor business. read more

I'm usually comment on restaurants but today I have to tell you about my UPS experience. Was looking for a location that could help me out quickly. Walked into the UPS store at the farm location and noticed a long line. Thought to myself this is gonna take forever. But to my surprise the three workers moved us through the line quickly. The two ladies were very fast, helpful and really nice. The older man with dark hair is a little slow on the computers but he's very nice. They helped me get everything I needed in a timely manner. So I had a prepaid label for a package and my box needed a piece of tape probably about a inch long nothing major and the employee tells me well I'll have to charge you for the tape. I was in shock but how much could tape cost so I say okay cause O need to get the package sent out and didn't have another option at the moment. That one inch piece of tap cost me a dollar and I was even taxed on the inch of tape so my total for tape was a $1.09. I will never come back here again. I will go to the store 2 miles that I have never had to deal with something so ridiculous. The store on Yale cares about their customers not this one evidently. read more

Bad service, I had been lost my 2 packages from that store, try to go back ask them for help and they are so rude.

The guy who worked on 7/2/21 in the morning was the rudest person I ever met in my life. He said he cannot certified copy because the document doesn't have my name on it, raised his voice and slapped the table. I offered to pay for the copy then he yelled I need cash. He took my copy and ripped in front of my face. It was confidential documents but he threw it in his trash can. I have never seen such an awful, aggressive, and rude customer service ever. read more

Left, went back and there were only 2 customers in the store. The owner told me they were "too busy" and I needed to make an appointment? Uh. No. Worst customer service ever. some of the nicest, friendliest, and kindest people work here. had to return a heavy item back to amazon that had arrived damaged with a "big hole" in the side of the box. "blake", a kind gentleman employee not only came out to the parking lot to help remove the heavy item from my vehicle, but also taped a big piece of cardboard to the inside of the box to cover the "big hole", at "no extra charge" before taping up the box for "free return shipping" back to amazon. in my opinion this gentleman went above and beyond the call of duty to be kind and helpful. thank you "blake" for your help, and this ups store. read more

I had the most pleasant experience at this location at the Farm Shopping center. They were already to close and they helped me send a birthday present to my Aunt in Michigan anyway. They didn't have to help me, I could have come back tomorrow. I haven't sent a package anywhere in so long and they were so helpful to find the right box and get my package out today! Was leaving town & had to get a couple boxes ASAP. UPS store charged $27.00+ for TWO CARDBOARD BOXES! I'd never pay that much if time wasn't an issue. The clerk was friendly, but The UPS Store can go F themselves with those gouging prices. read more
