I also confirmed that the package could arrive without signature. She said yes. Not true. I am now having to track where the package is. I'd suggest if going to THIS UPS that you ensure the representative assisting you is actively listening and confirming what they are doing! This was a shipment to a business in Mexico, which requires proper documentation, including a commercial invoice and complete recipient details. None of this was handled or explained at the time of shipment. The bigger issue remains the same: this package should never have been accepted or sent internationally without the required documentation in the first place. That failure at the counter is what caused the shipment to be delayed, rejected, and ultimately returned. As a result, I lost $144 and valuable time on a time-sensitive project.
