Yea so, excuse me but who is the logistics company and who is the customer? Let's ask the customer to move product around, which is their job. As far as I am concerned, once you accept the package, you need to figure out how it get's where it needs to go. You don't say oh hey customer can you help us out and come waste your gas, and more importantly time running this package to OUR facility. Sure let me get right on that for you when God knows you have trucks going past Belden EVERY SINGLE DAY. Makes total sense if you want to lose any hope of future business from me and have this put out to the public so others are aware of the poor customer service. It looks like the package hasn't moved in 4 days from here so I guess I will have to do their job and move the package yet again. Well, god willing it's the last time I ever have to deal with Fedex.

If I need a shipper again there, I will try out the other option listed on the auction site, The UPS Shop, instead. This company flat ripped me off on shipping. They charged me $66.47 for a package of marbles that could have easily fit in and shipped in a medium USPS flat rate priority box. I even said that to the hoarse-voiced lady on the phone. She claimed that it wouldn't fit and that it was too heavy to ship that way. It was 9 lbs. I have had those same boxes packed full of heavy reloading lead shipped to me. Bottom line is that it should not have been a dollar over $45 at the very most including their fee, and I ship all the time. They also did an extremely poor packaging job. There was barely any cushion for vintage marbles. Two of the bags of marbles were busted open and all over in the box by the time I got them. The obviously repurposed packaging materials also smelled like mold. Absolutely pathetic. Never again.

I got up this morning and went to the Ship Center and watched my items get boxed up, added packaging to protect during shipping and my price out the door was $38.63. They also have a rewards program!! They have Penske trucks for rental! I've used that service as well! Also they make Banners, shirts, and any goodies you may need to promote your business! I've also used this service! All of this to say ~ I won't waste my Friday evenings after the Ship Center has closed going to UPS thInking it might be convenient this one time. IT definitely was not! I called Staples searching for a 22" computer monitor and the employee told me that they had one in…read morestock. So I drove there and asked for the monitor. The employee and I walked to the shelf, but what she thought was a monitor, wasn't. So she called her manager to ask if they had the monitor in stock and the manager climbed a ladder to the top shelf across the store and found the monitor. I was happy that they had one in stock. I was the only customer in the store. I don't know how these stores are keeping their doors open. Anyway, they were fast and friendly and they had what I needed. Recommend!

She was not helpful, friendly, or welcoming, and every interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. At one point, another employee actually had to step in and tell her to stop because her customer service was inappropriate. Even when she was attempting to help, her attitude came across as condescending and as if she needed to argue about everything rather than simply assist. I understand that working with the public can be frustrating, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated this way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location for TSA PreCheck and would not recommend it to others.

I am project manager for a painting company, and I only need certain pages of the blueprints printed out. They never complain about my high maintenance needs as a customer. They also helped me print out a bunch of flyers when our dog was missing at a fraction of the cost I was quoted at FedEx.
