This was honestly the worst TSA PreCheck experience I've ever had. The employee was rude and…read moreargumentative before I had even said hello. She was not helpful, friendly, or welcoming, and every interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. At one point, another employee actually had to step in and tell her to stop because her customer service was inappropriate. Even when she was attempting to help, her attitude came across as condescending and as if she needed to argue about everything rather than simply assist. I understand that working with the public can be frustrating, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated this way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location for TSA PreCheck and would not recommend it to others.

I never leave bad reviews, it has to be a very extreme circumstance for me to do it; however, I…read morereceived the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I was trying to get an item printed up for my small business (which is part of why I never leave bad reviews, because I understand what it's like trying to run a business). I called my order in because it was technically a reorder of a print I just got done the previous day but needed more of. The person over the phone told me that they should have it done that day. I went in that day to check on it and they told me, oh there's no way we'll have it done because our printer is down. I understood and left. I checked the following day just to be told that they don't take orders over the phone and no one would have put my order in. I explained it would have been nice to know that when I came in to check on my order the previous day, as I am relying on this order for my business. My response was basically oh well, no one put your order in and we don't have it. I was in shock to be treated in such a flippant, disregarded way. I would be absolutely embarrassed for a customer to come into my shop and get treated in that manner. I then tried calling corporate to report the matter but could not get a representative to answer the phone! I was trying to call just to report the situation in a private way, but since there was no way for me to privately settle the matter, I felt compelled to leave a review.

I have used this company twice to ship items from Young's auction in Akron. The last shipment that…read moreI just received will be the last shipment. If I need a shipper again there, I will try out the other option listed on the auction site, The UPS Shop, instead. This company flat ripped me off on shipping. They charged me $66.47 for a package of marbles that could have easily fit in and shipped in a medium USPS flat rate priority box. I even said that to the hoarse-voiced lady on the phone. She claimed that it wouldn't fit and that it was too heavy to ship that way. It was 9 lbs. I have had those same boxes packed full of heavy reloading lead shipped to me. Bottom line is that it should not have been a dollar over $45 at the very most including their fee, and I ship all the time. They also did an extremely poor packaging job. There was barely any cushion for vintage marbles. Two of the bags of marbles were busted open and all over in the box by the time I got them. The obviously repurposed packaging materials also smelled like mold. Absolutely pathetic. Never again.

Tallmadge Ship Center has moved their location! New building is convenient, great atmosphere! If…read moreyou have any holiday or daily shipping needs THIS is where you should go. I actually went to a UPS Shop last night and was told shipping and packaging would be $65. That didn't seem quite right, but for a UPS store it would be correct! I got up this morning and went to the Ship Center and watched my items get boxed up, added packaging to protect during shipping and my price out the door was $38.63. They also have a rewards program!! They have Penske trucks for rental! I've used that service as well! Also they make Banners, shirts, and any goodies you may need to promote your business! I've also used this service! All of this to say ~ I won't waste my Friday evenings after the Ship Center has closed going to UPS thInking it might be convenient this one time. IT definitely was not! I'll get up on Saturday and go to a business that cares!
