They have combine the checkout lines and the return lines and the Amazon return line all in one which makes for very long lines every time you go. I will not go to this location in the future. Also they don't carry much cotton clothing anymore. read more

First time coming here, needed a place to do some last minute Christmas shooping for additional guests for our holiday party as well as returning a gift. There was plenty of parking thankfully. Staff was very helpful, I do love the price checks that they have throughout the store. Great items that aren't too overly priced too. Great place to come back too. read more

I like the convenience of returning Amazon orders and receiving a coupon, however the line is usually pretty long. It's also too bad that the fitting rooms are not swept. There is dust all over the floor and wouldn't take much to keep them clean. read more

Great merchandise, clean. In renovations to add Sephora merchandise. The staff...you gotta smile at them first to wipe the sour off their face. They're not happy people at all. And they're quite curt. "You got to take that to customer service." "If you tell me where that is I'll be happy to go." How about, "I'm sorry, this has to be handled at customer service. It's down the aisle and to the left, all the way in the back." Then at customer service, the attendant said, "The Kohl's $10 is now void. We need your card ending in xxxx. You will be reimbursed $xxxx" What about, " So, if you return this item we'll have to void out the Kohl's $10. But if you want to browse a bit and exchange the item you can...." Incidentally, I WAS going to browse and see if I could make an exchange, but after waiting in line for 5 minutes at the cash register for this kind of customer service??? Shopping at Kohl's can be so overwhelming. I usually avoid this store like the plague unless I'm in need of bras, since they usually have good prices on lingerie items. I stopped by today to see what they had, and I was not impressed. The lingerie section was an absolute pigsty. There were bras and panties all over the floor, and the already tight aisles were made even smaller by the bras stuffed to the brim on the hanging pegs. I couldn't even walk through some of the aisles; I had to stand at the end and reach over to try and find my size (btw, ADA violation, anyone? How is anyone with a walker, wheelchair, or any other assistive device expected to navigate such a small, messy space if an able-bodied person can't?). The cherry on top was the state of the fitting rooms. There were bras E V E R Y W H E R E. I had to set my purse on a pile of bras, and there wasn't a free hook to be found. I left without buying anything. I'm not spending money at a store that clearly doesn't care about customer experience. read more

I'm not usually a Kohl's shopper, but this is an ok place if you need something and know there's a sale. They don't always have prices placed where you can see them and usually have to find a person to help you, but when you do, they are usually friendly. This particular Kohl's always give me a little of the creeps, so I personally actually avoid going here if I can. I only shop here, once a year or so. The place is usually clean and neat, with items in order and properly folded. I've never been to their restrooms so I can't comment on that. Cashiers could be a little friendlier though. read more

I really like Kohl's! They have some fantastic sales and on their close out sales you can get some fantastic deals! I just recently saved over $192. on merchandise I purchase from their close out sales. I got a cute black sleeveless dress and a pair of Chap jeans among other purchases. I'm not sure why the dress or the jeans were in the end of season close outs because they're definitely not fall/winter only merchandise. The dress and pants could fit right in with the current spring/summer merchandise. The clerks and staff have always been nice and helpful to me and my mom. The merchandise is quality, and the stores (including the restrooms and dressing rooms) have always been quite clean!! read more

I've been shopping at this cold since I was a kid. I always had the clearance racks first, you can always find really cute clothes at really cheap prices. I get a lot of my shoes from here to, they have a great selection. I've never had an issue with the staff, every time I check out the cashier is friendly. Shopper for life! read more

I went, for the first time, to Kohl's to return Amazon merchandise. The woman was so rude from the beginning. I told her it was my first time and I left my phone in the car but I had all the receipts printed off from my online return transactions with Amazon. She immediately started complaining she doesn't get paid by Amazon and she shouldn't have to do the work. Then she said a few other things and I said I'm sorry if I upset you. She told me she couldn't find what items went with what receipt and I needed to go out to the car and get my receipt. And she was super rude. So much so that I started putting all my stuff back in my bag and said I didn't want to return anything and I just wanted her name and the store manager. I did finally tell the woman that she was super rude and high could not believe she was talking to me in such a manner. When the manager came the woman was accusing me of starting the whole thing. There were two other women there that worked at Kohl's that saw the whole thing go down. The manager asked the mean woman to step aside and asked one of the other girls to help me. They were super nice then and they found within two minutes or less what items went with what receipt and all was returned. I can only hope Kohl's reprimanded that awful woman. I always say be as nice as you can to others because you don't know what goes on in their life but, this employee was so far out of line that there is no excuse for her actions. read more

I hate Kohl's, doesn't matter what location I go to, they're all the same. Cluttered, confusing, over crowded, frustrating,etc... I maybe shop at one once or twice a year due to wedding registries but otherwise avoid them at all cost. I have had to deal with customer service, they are way nicer than the cashiers at the front of the store! I have also had this displeasure of using their wedding registry kiosk which only printed 1/2 of the list & in such small print that it was difficult to tell one item description from another. I find Kohl's to be way over priced an am always frustrated that 98% of the time- I can find the exact or very similar item elsewhere for half the price.I absolutely hated my visit on 12/01/2013! My husband & I had to search the store for a good 20 mins to find Vera Wang towels for a registry- would've been nice if the brand name was labeled above the display instead of wasting so much time trying to find them. Then you had to unfold all the towels, etc to make sure the barcode was the correct item instead of having prices clearly posted on the display like most stores. And of course, while you're trying to do this- there's so many people in their teeny tiny ales that I gave up. The easy solution is to shop online but you can't use the 15% off coupon they provide with your registry on-line, yet another extremely annoying characteristic! read more

Yesterday, I waited in line 30 minutes to check out. The cashier managed to only check out 2 people in that time. After 15 minutes, a call for cashiers went out over the loudspeaker, it took another 15 minutes for anyone to show up. I have no idea what the problem is, but this was totally unnecessary on a non holiday Friday afternoon. This is too frustrating. I'm not coming back. I'll shop at Target from now on. read more
